Very disappointed with selection in store. Got measured wrong. Was not assisted in store with shopping. Bought a bra but it didn't fit well. Went the next day to return and they closed the store early.

Hanes outlet shoppers beware!!! I purchased about $200.00 of Hanes clothing last weekend. I bought 2 sets of boys socks and started to take the packaging off which was the plastic piece that holds the socks together to find once I took it apart that it was boys toddler socks. Honest mistake since they don't write toddler on the package but shoe size was definitely within the right size. I fortunately got the correct size for the 2nd package of socks. I made another trip from Madison to the Dells to exchange the unused socks undamaged packaging minus the piece of plastic line that secures the socks together. I was told by the manager that there was no way she could repackage or resell the socks because they did not have anything to reattch the socks. My husband asked to see their return policy. It states can not accept used or damaged products within 45 days of purchase. She was very unwilling to do an exchange stating it was unsellable. I asked who her manager was because I wanted to speak to them. She replied I can't give you their phone number. They wont take your call. I stated I couldn't believe they wouldn't give me a number to contact. Finally as our conversation escalated to another level of frustration after she pointed out that they have the right to not refund she agreed to exchange the socks stating she has to damage them out because they are unsellable. I quietly went over to pick out my replacement and did the exchange. I don't think this should have been this difficult and I have decided that I will not be shipping here ever again and will go back to Kohls and JCPenney where they dont give you any frustration for a return and in many cases for items in way worse condition. This type of service is unacceptable.

they used to punch a card whenever you purchased items and when full you got a discount but they have since discontinued this practice so my full card was worthless so no reason to go there, I'll shop online

Finally got fitted for the correct size and style if bra. Beth was so helpful. I felt very comfortable and I hate shopping. The women next to me were psyched about their experience too. Highly recommend everyone get measured and fitted. I was 2 inches off on chest and 2 cup sizes off on bust. What a difference!

Several of the stores weren't open and some weren't really outlets as they have the same prices as the same store found elsewhere. However, there is a good variety and it's a good spot to shop if you are into hunting for a deal.
