“I had a great experience with Absolute Auto--both with my vehicle and all the employees! They were transparent about everything and gave us a great deal on a great vehicle. I was especially impressed that the day after I purchased it, I noticed a creaking sound coming from the rear driver side every time I went over a bump or around a corner. I brought it back and they looked at it immediately. They fixed it the same day for free, without hesitation, and told me exactly what happened and how they fixed it. Even though I'm a young woman, they never brushed me off or took advantage of my inexperience. I highly recommend!!”
“This is my second time coming to this auto body shop and it will also be my first choice. I was hit by a deer a couple weeks before my wedding and was devastated that it wouldn’t look brand new again. I can truly say I got my car looking better then when I bought it. “I was on vacation at the wilderness resort. I woke up to a flat tire and Craig’s Towing took the job from my roadside assistance. The guy who showed up was kind and wasted no time. It took a couple hours for him to get to me because they were busy so I just waited by the pool until they called saying they were outside. Once he came, he was gone with my car within 5 minutes. Friendly and efficient”

“Bill's Towing hands down the BEST! Tracy was awesome helping me get Charlie to tow my son's car that broke down on the way home from college. Tracy was extremely kind, caring, funny, smart and very thorough in explaining the expenses related to getting the tow and repairs. Charlie was wonderful to my son. Called the next day and Ricky assisted me with answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on the repairs. He was great to work with! Car was repaired in less than 4 hours!
