“I love that everytime I go to this store, the same guy (Mark I think his name is) is there and almost always has the part I need in-house and if not, can most of the time get it from their wharehouse the same day. The other Auto parts stores in town never have the same people working as the last time you were there and or the people are not as knowledgeable.”
“Brought a tire in for a new valve stem, turned out there was a small nail in my tire, it nearing 7pm (closing time) and both the employee and manager were willing to stay after and plug my tire with zero negativity. “I went to the store about 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Just needed 5amp fuses. Brought the old one to compare. The young person working sent me to the correct aisle. Got what I needed. Asked him if he thought they would work as there was tiny bit of difference in the fuse legs. He was sure they would. I got super courteous and respectful service and left the store with a most positive impression. Thank you to the gentleman working. Just super. Lastly, yes, the fuse worked perfectly.”
