I did not have a positive experience or outcome with Turnmire Auto. The lack of communication from them and updates about my cars issue were very poor and had to be initiated by myself with calling them. They had my car for almost 8 months! Instead of fixing my cars issues they pretty much couldn’t figure out the actual problem and charged me a few grand and gave me back my car after that fact not really saying anything about not fixing the actual problem why I brought it in to them in the first place. 3 days after getting my car back the issues were clear that it didn’t run correctly so I contacted them about it. Nothing was done to fix the problem so here I sit without my car, drained savings account, lots of frustration and disgust about being taken advantage of so at the end of the day I do Not recommend taking your car to them.

They are amazing. Two other local shops had quoted me over $1000 to replace a heater core. Not only did they quote less than $1000 without knowing what others had quoted. They solved the problem which ended up only being a less than $100 issue. Every vehicle we own will go to them in the future.
