Steve/Dentco, working out of Clements' shop, was referred by Morrie's Audi in LaCrosse, WI. Steve did an amazing job on our Audi which was badly hail damaged. Fast and professional. Traveling to Minneapolis our TPMS system notified me that tire pressure was falling on the front-driver-side tire. Bangor was six miles away so we went for it and pulled into Clements. The gentleman at the desk, who I presume was the owner, said it would be about an hour before he could help. I asked if we could just fill the tire to see how fast it was leaking. He said yes, and while he filled it, he looked at the tire and spotted something. "I think I found the problem," he said. Went back into the shop, grabbed his tools and within 10 minutes of arriving we were back on the road with a fixed tire. This is service money can't buy! Thank Mr. Clement!

My wife and I live in Verona, WI and were on our way to a funeral in Onalaska last Thursday (9/29/22) and heard a strange noise in the front right side of our Ford Explorer. By the Grace of God, we drove into Bangor and ended up at Clements Automotive. Cletus is the owner and he ordered a new belt for our alternator which was delivered in 15 minutes (he is a Chevy garage). He fixed the problem and had us on our way in an hour! He charged us less than $150.00 and even though we were late for the funeral, we arrived at the lunch afterwards to still join our family. Thank you Cletus! The world needs more kind, honest people like you!

I stopped to make an appointment because the van heat wasn't working well. We set up an appointment but before I left he came out to check my coolant at no charge to be sure that wasn't the issue. I appreciate that kind of service.

I have had my rusty 13 year-old car in to Clements Auto for a few issues. The owner, Cletus, has been honest and forthright on every occasion, letting me know what needed to be done, what could wait, and how much it would cost. On one occasion, my wife's vehicle was making noise when the brakes were applied. We called Cletus, who said the soonest appointment was 3 days away. 10 minutes later he called back and said he was concerned for her safety, and asked if she could bring it by for a quick inspection. I have been completely satisfied with the repairs Cletus has made to our vehicles. In my opinion, he could charge double what he charges now, and I'd still bring our cars to him. Why? Because I trust that he's not trying to rip me off. If he says something needs to be done, it really needs to be done. If it doesn't he'll say so. The only downside is that his reputation for honesty and good work has spread, and now it takes a long time to get your car in!
