N&M transfer is a good company. If you have a chance to work here then you should.The problem is if you are a non CDL driver is where the company is not good. They will fight you on hours, because they don’t want to give you any. They will criticize your pay sheet because they need a reason to figure out how to cut your hours. The whole goal is not to use the straight truck unless one of the CDL drivers doesn’t want to take the load. Don’t get me wrong i enjoyed the job. I wanted this to be my last job, but quickly i started to see past the shine and I didn’t like what i saw.If you are your young without bills and responsibilities or if you want to break into the trucking field this position is for you, but if you have bills and Responsibilities you will go broke working here.I just wish i would have known what i know now. The Non CDL position was a waste of my skills and time.

I deal a lot with LTL shipping and N-M has the best combination of prices and on time deliveries in their region. The only reason I went 4 stars is that they aren't fast if you need a liftgate service.
