Hunter did an outstanding job working on my gutters today, Sept 04, 2024. Super young man, very hard working, very professional; did a great job explaining his processes to me. I am very impressed with this young man and very pleased with is work ethic and the job he did for me.

Had purchased gutters previously and loved them.
Called this time, never received a call back with their call back option the first time.
Then received a quote that was extremely high. A straight 68 foot, single run, no corners, two downspouts... 5k for labor and materials; which shouldn't be more than 3k.

Had them do some work on my house $200,000 worth of improvements but it took them two years and filing a mechanic's lien on the property before the work was even done poor business practice

We were really impressed with Lindus Construction! We had a small project of replacing our laundry closet doors. Nobody would call us back but Lindus did and even said “no project is too small”. From the initial consultation through installation, everyone was top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, clear explanations and always kept us informed. On demo and installation day, Dave and Joe did an exceptional job!! Arrived early, very respectful of our home, cleaned the area as they progressed, kept the construction area contained, efficient and highly skilled in their technical abilities to reframe and hang the doors to perfection!! I know how difficult that was in that space. The absolute cherry on top was when it came to attaching the handles I selected on the doors. They were very honest asking “are you sure these are the handles you want?” No! They looked awful so Joe ran to Menards, shopped the aisles sending Dave and I pics until we found the perfect door handles!! That blew my mind, we’ve been through a gazillion remodels, most guys would’ve said “figure out some handles and have your husband put them on”. Not Dave and Joe! I’m so impressed. Nobody goes above and beyond anymore and that level of customer service can’t be taught. Kudos to them! Without hesitation, we will definitely call Lindus Construction for our next construction project. Thank you for our beautiful, functional doors:)

Love this honest company! After some neighbors had their roof replaced after the hail storms in Minneapolis, I called Lindus to check out my roof. Chris was on time, super courteous, and very thorough. He spent a good amount of time checking everything and taking pictures. He told me my roof looked good with no issues and showed me all the pictures he took. They might not have gotten a sale today but they will definitely have all my future business.

I would highly recommend Lindus Construction for roofing. They're a solid company that uses high quality materials and makes sure the ice and water shield, underlayment, etc. is done right. My salesman Kevin M. was excellent to work with in every way: knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, I could go on. Kevin gets 5 stars too!

Had gutters & downspouts replaced after hail damage. The sales person was nice/friendly as were workers and most office staff. However, whoever dropped off the materials put them on top of my plants. The workers who did the installation took my drain mats, which were not part of the installation, away with the old materials. I informed the sales person that I needed them back, twice. I also talked to some guy in the office who was not friendly and acted like he didn’t know what drain (or back splash) mats are. I gave up on him. I never did get them back or replaced. I also found several screws in my driveway. Luckily for me none made their way into my tires. I did not find any nails left behind from the roofing company who used magnetized wands. Lindus was however quick to send the final bill. Their products are not cheap and i purchased more than what the insurance was paying for. For that I was told since it was added to the insurance claim it would add just a couple hundred bucks. It was considerably more. I can recommend the gutter system…but as for the rest? It was not the experience I expected.

Way over priced gutters..... I recently got a gutter install estimate from Lindus. Not knowing anything about how much gutters cost I was surprised by how expensive the estimate they gave us was but didn't really know what to expect. A few weeks later I got another estimate from another company in town and the estimate they gave me was 80% less! Now, I cant speak to the quality difference but if I can pay to replace the cheaper ones 6 times over.... I know what ones I'm choosing. Not to mention, the cheaper ones still came with a 20 year warrantee.

I've given a positive review to Lindus Construction, but want to single out Kevin McKeague, Sales Representative who did an excellent job staying connected with me and my insurance company dealing with the required changes and updates to the roofing & gutter replacement jobs. He was very helpful in explaining to the insurance company the special requirements of the LeafGuard Gutters and reroofing a house over 100 years old.
He was available by phone and email to answer any questions or concerns. His customer service was top notch! Thank You Mr. McKeague!

I had a wonderful experience with Dylan Demotts and Lindus Construction. They replaced my roof, gutters, soffits and fascia and also put foam insulation in my vaulted ceilings. Dylan did a great job of taking care of the insurance end of things for me. All of the different departments coordinated together to get my work done in an efficient and timely way. The workmanship was great and Lindus had their own inspections to make sure that everything was done properly. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend them highly!

As a business owner, it was rewarding to support local when it came to replacing our service doors. Our first, and obvious, call was Lindus Construction.
They were prompt, professional, and thorough during the entirety of the project. The finished product and service was above and beyond what we could have imagined.

Great experience working with Lindus Construction. Dylan DeMotts was helpful throughout the replacement process of my roof & leaf guard gutters. Dylan worked with my insurance company & me to make sure of a positive outcome. Tucker & his crew that replaced the roof did a great job. Tim & his crew that replaced the leaf guard gutters did a great job. All were professional & efficient. Thank you all
