Baldwin lightstream ran new fiber to my house last summer. While running the new fiber they let there trenching machine run on idle with the hot exhaust right on my new 6ft tall spruce trees I had spaded in. They ruined my tree and have been waiting for months for a resolution. Only 1 avenue left at this point.

we have had Baldwin telecom for 29 years and they have always been a great service provider we received the live stream app and it does cut out for about a minute but comes right back and then there is the voice not matching up right with who is speaking, its new, I'm sure they will get it figured out

Bad company. Horrible customer service and service in general. If you like your tv to randomly cut out while watching and spotty service then they are the company to work with.

Internet reliability is great but the Nimbl streaming app is terrible. It glitches and freezes on a regular basis (2-3 times an hour). Better off using the network apps.

After some research, a lot of people in the Baldwin and Hudson area are experiencing terribly slow internet with a large amount of lag. I also understand that there are multiple community pages complaining about this issue and have been trying to get everyone to call in to Baldwin Lightstream until they listen and finally do something about it. I encourage everyone to call and complain. Ignoring your customer base is unacceptable in this economy

Customer service rep was courteous and helpful on the phone. Technician was kind, caring, and efficient when setting up our home internet. We will see how the internet service stacks compared with their customer service.

We have called the Baldwin,wi location 5 time and 6 emails and they still don't what my business. Just have to stay on cellphone service. Still waiting to get hooked up. It's only taken 8 months and still waiting for a call. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!! NOT A GREAT WAY TO GET GET A 5 STAR . STILL WAITING!!!!!

I've had their internet for 6 years and I've had constant reliable speeds. Any questions or concerns have always been answered quickly and service interpretations have been short and minimal with follow up calls to let us know what happened and to make sure things are working on our end. Overall a great experience and I'm very satisfied. If this company was iffy in the past they've definitely turned it around.

Our whole experience getting everything set up to hooked up at our place was amazing! April helped us so much on the phone to pick out the right bundle! Was patient with everything and playing telephone tag a little bit! The guy who set everything up was amazing! Was really nice and friendly even with the kiddos running around! Overall excited to use our knew internet!!Thank you guys!

Love being connected to BaldwinLight Stream internet services. After struggling with internet options in our rural area, we now have access to high speed, reliable internet. We have used dial up, satellite and most recently Verizon for our internet access and nothing available compares to Baldwin Light Stream. With Verizon, we were always running out of data and the connectivity was so unreliable. Losing connection 3-5 times a day while working remote is not acceptable. Now I work from home, join and present meetings online all without worrying if it will glitch or if I’ll have enough data to last the billing cycle. Our household can stream what we like when we like without running out of data or bogging down the connection. And one more thing…the customer service from BaldwinLight Stream is amazing. You call and are connected to a real person in Baldwin! No chatting online with a bot or an echoing phone call from a call center. Very happy customer!
