Trying to call is worthless. Automatic system. Garbage voice recognition. Menu that contains no relevant information. No person available to talk to in any reasonable amount of time. Just really useless.

I had ordered a package from a store and the person who entered the address in store accidentally entered the wrong zip code. Therefore my package got lost in Door County (where I ironically grew up.) I called the company that I had placed the order with and they told me they couldn't do anything for me until the package was shipped back to their facility. SO I called Pat down at the Baileys Harbor Post Office who simply changed the one number on the package!! What a guy. Turned a poor experience into a great one! Keep it up you guys are awesome!!!
