Parts couldn't or didn't want to give me any information on my headlamps. I gave her the Vin # I asked questions a guy at autozone could answer on his first day. Dealerships just treat people like trash if u aren't buying a car just be honest and not answer the phone.

I’m very disappointed with the O’Reilly manager at the Mason St., Green Bay, WI store. On September 8 at 5:55 PM I went in to purchase a $200 battery. As I was pulling in to the handicap spot in front of the store. An employee driving an employee truck Drove very quickly in front of me and the store as I was pulling in almost hitting my truck causing an accident. When I went into the store I asked for the manager. A young blonde haired kid said he was the manager and asked me what kind of a problem that I have. I relayed to him the incident where one of the employees almost hit me with an in my truck with an O’Reilly truck. He proceeded to tell me it was a personal problem and he didn’t care. After some verbal exchange and his negative attitude I left the store and purchased a $200 battery at another box store. This young self-proclaimed manager for the O’Reilly store has given me a negative impression on how they hire and how they train for customer service. It is not a personal matter when a O’Reilly employee almost hit my truck and he had a negative attitude and did not want to sell a $200 battery to me. I will never be able to go into a Riley store again knowing that this is how they treat customers.
