Went in for fun stuff to massage my face(i have cystic acne and treat it, don’t really wear much makeup and want to enhance my skin). The employee by the name Q helped me. She was so nice and a good listener! She recommended some suggestions that matched my needs, and I ended up purchasing something she recommended. Great job, can’t wait to self care and return for more! :)

It would be nice if there was actually a stand alone Sephora in Green Bay. The staff in this store are not knowledgeable about the lines they carry. When I went in and asked about my color of foundation and if there were any available because the display was empty, the employee told me they hadn't had any in that color in many months. I told him that's interesting, because I had bought one a few weeks prior and was looking for a back up for travel. Don't lie, just tell me that you are currently out, and do it graciously without an attitude. The double whammy on this is you cannot do any returns at this store from another Sephora. So I have to travel to Appleton to do so. Will not be shopping in this Sephora, will make it a point to shop on line. I've also made more purchases at Ulta since its more convenient. Sorry Sephora in Kohls, your missing the mark big time....

I rate this store a 4/5 because the staff are great really kind and was helping around a lot. Not that this is the employees fault but the products like for example drunk elephant were never stocked and I went there twice. The products are great and the employees are great me and my mom had a great time.

My card got declined and we decided to do most on cash some on card. The worker said that the card declined because of the registers fault. She gave me my money back. But I looked at my Venmo and it said I spent all of my money there without getting the products.

This location is on the smaller size they do not carry many brands you would find in a bigger store unfortunately. They have one employee working the store which make receiving help untimely so if you have somewhere to be expect some sort of waiting time. I also found it very inconvenient that they have Try me bottles of Hand wash displayed like location and no sinks! You'd think they wouldn't have it out on display. Beware of the small printed labels the nearest sink is at the food court.

Okay so the reason for this 1 star rating is because at this Sephora they are racist. So backstory me and my friends went to the mall and we also went to this Sephora together so we were just shopping around and looking at everything they have and talking and just having a good time when all of a sudden one of the workers come to us and starts asking us about a lash glue that they are missing and questioning us and thinking we stole, which is fine and whatever even though we didn’t steal. but one thing she said was “and we know your kind “ and when she said that she looks at my friend which is darker than all of the friend group. But she didn’t even ask any of us or was concerned with the rest of us only my friend. So after that happened we all decided to leave because we didn’t want to shop there anymore obviously. So we left and we’re fine like they never called security or anything so we just left it at that and thought that it was over. But like maybe a few days later my friend who is darker gets a call from her sister saying that the lady at Sephora confronted her and told her to check her bags and stuff like that and kept say stuff about how she stole and stuff you know. The reason the worker knew it was her sister is bc they look very similar so yeah. But all in all I am disgusted with Sephora's behavior and how they treat their customers her. But I hope in the future they decide to treat people better but for now I will not be shopping here again.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this store- If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. Not trying to make it a race thing but everytime I come in here, no one acknowledges me but will do so to everyone else around them. The older ladies are rude!!!! Just recently encountered the male worker and he was also rude. When asking for help, they’re super short and make me feel bad for needing help. They’re always so weird about their store policies and always say “this is kohls not Sephora we’re different” okay… no other kohls sephora does what they do. Completely odd and makes up their own rules!! If the employees read this, I hope you’ve learned that the way you treat people, makes a bigger impact than you think. I always walk out of this store feeling embarrassed. And no one should ever feel like that.

The order I made on Sephora can’t be returned to this location. The old lady said this is Kohl’s not typically a Sephora. Very confused.
