Scheduled an appointment for 12:30, they confirmed it and then it was in their system at 1:30. Called after I scheduled to confirm, but no answer and no call back. Went to the salon they said I had the time wrong and none of them used their online booking system. May be great of you Contact stylist directly but do not call or book online.

I walked in to check on availability and the staff looked at me and just left me standing there. Finally, a stylist came up to the counter and explained that they are client based, each renting their own space. They only watch for their own clients. Regardless, customer service and courtesy is key when in any profession! Very rude!

When I came in for practice run, stylist was late but did beautiful job of styling a nice light bouncy style! When I came in day of daughters wedding she was really late and style was nothing like picture taken of dry run. Stylist ran to bathroom twice and kept telling me she didn’t really want to even come in but did for me but style was not curly or stylish and I didn’t have much time to fix at home so had to leave as it was but not happy, in fact was crying at end look

Love love love my hair, margarita killed it she was super friendly super professional and walked me through every step of what to me is a big change. When I called to book the appointment the owner was super friendly and made sure to fit me in on short notice. The salon was not only clean but well decorated and organized, this is now my new go to salon for everything I cannot stress enough how awesome of a experience I had and the amazing outcome of my hair if I could give them more than five stars I would they deserve it! I highly recommended going to this salon!

Beautifully decorated salon. Hairdresser Shannon is super friendly and did an outstanding job on both mine and my daughters hair. She is hands down, the best hairdresser I've ever been to!!!

Had an online appt.@ 1pm, walked in at12:45,NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM ANYONE SAT FOR 20MINS.WITH NO ONE ASKING ME MY NAME OR NOTHING!!! WHILE OTHER CUSTOMERS ARER COMING AND GOING! THATS THE WAY U TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS?! I DID NOT SAY A WORD & WALKED OUT. GLAD I DID! FOUND ANOTHER SALON & GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE & GREAT HAIR CUT! I WILL BE TELLING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY HOW I WAS TREATED AT SEI BELLA SALON!!!!!....

She cut layers into my hair when all I asked was for a trim. My hair is too short to throw into a bun now. All I needed was a trim, dye & deep conditions & I was there from 5:30 PM to 1AM AFTER close. When I asked the price before hand she said she could not quote me then I ended up paying $300 for a cut that I completely did not like. I kept getting told that she has not worked with “ethnic” hair. Not too mention... she tried to discuss politics but I ignored her!
