They need to mark it as a private place to get gas, or something. We stopped to get gas and realized it was for fleet vehicles.

This place is usually a mess, in winter time plan on walking through 3 inches of slush mixed with diesel fuel and oil dry also not being able to wash your windows because the washer fluid is frozen.
