The sweet lady at the counter went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had some glasses before the first day back at school… first she checked to see if they had lenses since frames got broke and lenses ended up scratched when playing ball with her brother.. she also called someone and asked if she was willing to come in to cut the lenses for us as we arrived just before 8pm…that lady was very kind for coming in to cut the lenses... l appreciated the kindness, and compassion both ladies shared with us…

I had an eye appointment scheduled for a year. (I made it at my last appointment) I got emails and texts asking me to confirm the appointment. When I clicked the link, it took me to their appointment page that said the appointment was reserved in my name. When I went to the appointment, they said it had been cancelled because it was never confirmed. A lady came over and told me there was a bug in their system that they knew about. Maybe you need to fix your system. Now I need to find a new eye doctor.

We went in today to get one lens restrung on my husband's glasses. They said they could absolutely fix it. They called us in about 15 minutes and said they were done. No charge. All staff was very friendly. Would absolutely go back. Very professional!!

The eye doctor, Dr. Hanseter, was great, very knowledgeable and caring. He took his time to explain and educate about my eyes and the types of glasses that would help for computer, driving etc. I would recommend this provider to anyone with eye concerns.

I came in yesterday morning because my glasses were almost completely messed up. Borderline destroyed. Anna did a great job fixing them for me right away! They look almost brand new again. Thank you so much!

Anna, assistant manager of the Green Bay store is a blessing. She listens to alll of my concerns each time I’m in for an adjustment and even found an error in my prescription placement in my lense. So new lenses were ordered. Thank you Anna! Pat

Lincoln was amazing. He took a horrible experience at the Henderson NV Lens Crafters and made it right. He was patient, understanding and determined to help. I appreciate both him and his manager Anna.
