Location is inside of an OfficeMax, unable to ship anything with a battery (laptop, computer, etc.). Don’t waste your time, go to the real FedEx down the street.

I called with questions about cost effective as and Wes understood the issues and provided good advice so I came in with a hefty copy and shipping issue and walked out feeling good about it. The store personnel were quick and responsive and my turn lined up with a small line at which point Leigh dropped what she was doing and got my transaction done fast with helpful questions, attention, and looking to assist down to offering paper clips for my documents.
