Update: Money was refunded, so I changed it to a three star review.
Summary: Bought a shirt and it had holes, tried to return it but they have a no return policy. I used the credit to buy a hat, but the price was incorrectly adjusted and I was charged an extra $5.
I went here to buy a shirt because I am going to a game this weekend and needed one before Friday. I asked the employee there, but couldn't find anything so I left. He ended up finding me outside the store and said he found something in clearance. I bought it and took it home. I will say that employee had great customer service skills and the store had a good selection of products.
I bring it home and it has holes in it. Not sure how that could happen since they mostly just resell branded sports items. It was on clearance so maybe it was old and deteriorating. I bring it back to return it the next day and I am made aware of a no return policy. It was written on the counter so that's my bad for not noticing it. I will say that policies like that are shady to me and if I would have saw it yesterday, I would not have bought the shirt in the first place.
It's no big deal as I needed a hat as well, so the same employee and I used the shirt's credit towards the hat. This would have resulted in a satisfied experience, but I later noticed that I was charged incorrectly. The shirt purchase was $15.81. The hat retailed for $36.99. No matter the taxes, the hat subtotal (before taxes) should have been $21.18 with around $2 of taxes. I ended up being charged $28.28 with taxes. Best case scenario is that he was distracted by the other customers and calculated it incorrectly, which is still not acceptable. Worst case scenario is that he was greedy and tried to not give me all my money back to use for the hat.
All that being said, I will never return to the store due to this experience and that they have a no return policy. Again, which is odd because they are mostly just reselling branded items. I will not even be returning to get my money back and I will instead take the lost $5 and my lost time as a lesson to never go back there again. If you are buying new sporting goods, just buy from the manufacturer ahead of time as they are selling it for the same price as this place and they have a return policy.

Rip off here, they’re a retail store marking prices on blaster box’s over 50% . Yeah they’re hard to find but every big retailer (Walmart/target/panini etc) has the blasters makes for regular retail price at $30. No need for a retail store to try and rip people off especially the hobbyists that can’t afford to be dropping at least $70 on a small blaster. Better options in Green Bay available to get cards at.

Very rude owner and like to low ball customers. I visited the store multiple times. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Same can not be said about the owner. Started chatting about my memorabilia collection and the worker at the time claimed the business is “like a pawn shop” and would be willing to look at my items. I showed up with my items and the worker at the time approached me and my company, shook our hands and introduced himself with a smile, while the store owner sat there and rolled his eyes. The worker was outgoing and excited to help find a deal beneficial to both parties. The “owner” wouldn’t even come near us and acted stand-offish during this whole process. The owner gave us one offer and then went to the back and talked to his worker speaking very loudly and we could hear him saying to his worker “tell them to take the deal or get out of here, we got better things to do.” I’ve purchased something each time I’ve been there and this was the first time I met the “owner” and the first time I didn’t purchase something while also probably being the last time I go there. Very confusing and sad how the “owner” of a business can be the least helpful, friendly, and happiest worker in the store.

Has really good products and the owner in Fan Zone is really kind and helps you a lot I highly recommend going there. They are the best sports place to be at. For example: they have real pit viper sunglasses for only $10, so would you rather buy $100 sunglasses or $10 sunglasses?
