Much appreciation to Jaylynn for helping my friend find just the right phone and plan today, and transferring necessary info from old phone to new. Thank you for being so patient.

This will be the Cricket location I will be going to from now on. We switched from a different carrier and were having problems getting our phones switched over. Jaylynn was a HUGE help and did everything she could to help us get our phones unlocked by the other carrier.

Had no problems at this location. Wonders did they move? No longer at this location.

It’s 12:30pm 9/11/22 and the store is closed. Google hours and the door claim the store hours on a Sunday are noon to 6pm.

Cricket is one of the best phone services around. My son just got his upgrade, we worked with Haylee. I honestly have never had a sales person that helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us information that we have never been told before. (Like waiting until the phone fully dies before charging for the first time) I honestly cannot recommend her enough! My next purchase will definitely be from her again!

Their service is ok. They can’t seem to fix my phone. My calls go to voice mail and texts aren’t coming through.

This place is a joke! The salesman lied thru his teeth the entire time. I had 3 separate charges that I didn’t want, and they won’t return them.
And, definitely do not expect to get your money back if you are unhappy with it, there 7 day guarantee is absolutely crap.
This is the first place I have gone to, that their own customer service rep, literally hung up on the store manager right in front of me!
Do not go to cricket for a phone, for service, or for anything else in your life.
You have been warned! RUN!!!!

I gave Cricket a shot, but was not very impressed. The salesperson want suffocating, which was nice, but also gave off a negative vibe like I was bothering them by being there, and also didn't seem to have much knowledge about the phones. The one thing that really bothered me, though, was that the displays don't allow you to compare phones very well because a lot of information is hidden. I was surprised how much speaker stuff they had, including excellent brands like audio-technica.

They offer incredible deals to new customers but never anything to long standing customers. Never a discount to upgrade your phone.

Was supposed to get a free year of Sam's club. Got nothing. Now they say that I can't get it.

I like my cricket. Great price. I just wish I could get some help. When in the store I feel as if I am putting them out. Want to up grade my phone but they just keep says we don' have that one, we don't have that one either. Can you check to see who does??? Or do I have to run to every store till I find it??? Maybe I should have given 3 stars. That's how I felt last night, but I gave 4 today after my cool down.

Now that we bought our phones, we seem to get totally dismissed, by the manager, whenever we go in there with any problem. Extremely frustrating and we are NOT happy!!!

This store preys on elderly disabled customers. My blind 80-year-old father was forced to upgrade his phone due to the network upgrade. My parents and brother went to this store and was told that the flip phone they sold him had voice automated commands and was only $25. This was a total lie. The phone did not have that capability & when we returned it at a different store, 3 hours away, we found out the phone was free, but the rep in Ashwaubenon added on a holder for $25, that my dad didn't want and it wasn't refundable. On top of that, when we went to purchase a phone that a blind person could use, we got charge a $25 activation fee because this was considered a second phone and they only waive it on the first phone. After 3 hours online last night and 3 more hours in the store today, my dad is out $50, because of the shady dealings of these reps. My next step is to contract the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney Generals office.
