Garrett was our main contact and he was efficient and great to deal with as was the young lady at the reception desk. Gerber was the preferred repair facility for my insurer and I was a bit hesitant to go with their selection but couldn’t be more pleased with the repair and service.”
“Well i just picked up my car. my back window busted out for no reason. I called every place in town it was gonna take 10 days. Or they didnt have the glass for my 06 Pontiac grand prix. Safelite got me in the next day same price as other places with the discount they offered. Got all the glass out off my back seat . It was also raining when i dropped it off and they pulled in the garage soon as i got there so it wouldn't get wet inside. Its only been a day but im happy with the outcome. We will see how the window holds up.”
