“Most personable bank ever.My mother in law passed away in Feb 2024. She had accts at this branch. And we worked w Leah Alden there. There were CDs, annuities, money market accts, checking accts etc. prolly a dozen accts. It’s a diff time for us. Leah met w us to go over everything. We took care of what we could but checks had to clear. We’re from MN so we met w her on short notice to follow up. What stands out is that I called, she remembered us, and had a complete breakdown of which checks were problems. That was over phone, at her fingertips. Whaaat? Nobody follows up (when we’re not there) like that. Leah’s a smart cookie and Nicolet should be proud to have her.Nicolet also has fair interest rates, the online banking is great, and the facility is marvy ?”

I’m also glad that when you deposit a check, a decent amount of money is available before the whole check goes in. I don’t recall BankMutual doing that when I was with them before they merged with Associated Bank. Keep up the good work!”

“Became members over a year ago. Have done many transactions with them but low and behold, deposited 2 checks via mobile deposit, into account and recieved 2 emails. One stated a 2 day hold (no big deal) upon the second deposit and 2nd email it then stated both funds would be held for 8 days! Little difficult to pay bills when they put a hold on deposits for 8 business days, especially with the technology we have now days. Oh and get this, check the bank that the checks were drawn on and they cleared and funds transfered to the credit union the very next day. What kinda games are they playing at this credit union? The minutes those funds are in the account, everything will be drawn out and CLOSED!! Everyone knows at least a hundred people and they will all know how I feel about the games this credit union plays with peoples money. I will happily take my business elsewhere.In response to their reply, no need to call as that has been done twice now. Both times on the phone same runaround. Definitely NOT what your billboards and commercials say "WHATEVER IT TAKES " it is a complete fabrication in your minds!! More like a bank than a Credit Union. I'm OUT!”
