Carlson's needs to be removed as UPS shipping place. I traveled from out of town Carlson's being the closest got there and a note on there door said "As of October 13 we are no longer a UPS provider." I wasn't too happy.

Carlsons Building Supplies said the UPS for returns/refunds was in Superior.

I bought the wrong power brick I needed to return it. I did the screenshot thing but my printed would not work, so I went to the affiliate and they couldn't help either but told me to call Amazon, cancel the return. Then restart it. I called customer service and he sent a UPS guy to my house the next day and taped it up and took it back for me. Quite nice and easy
