Recently visited this gun shop to pick up a rifle I won in a raffle. What a great experience. I was a little apprehensive at first, as I wasn't quite sure what to make of the owner, but we ended up blabbing for a while and I browsed the store and it was a great experience. It's 3 hours from home, but this is my new "go to" gun shop that I'll be using for any major purchases. We have a camper in the area, so we are nearby often...often enough for my gun buying needs, anyway.

Every time I patronize one of these establishments, I am never quite sure of what kind of personality I will encounter on the other side of the counter. My usual experience is having to deal with a no-personality-too-cool-for-coffee-type of person that gives off the vibe that they'd really rather not be there. Me, I'm thinking it would be one of the best jobs in the world. Being around like-minded people is very refreshing.Not the case with Steve at Sports Hollow!Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell, as well as what I brought to use with my new accoutrement for it at their nicely set up facility. Great rates at a nice place.I'm definitely going back.

Try to stop in when passing through. Always find something to take home. Great prices on guns, scopes and ammo.

Always a nice selection of quality firearms, ammo, and accessories. I have always enjoyed the small gun shops and Sports Hollow is one of my go to places when I am in the area. 2A strong my fellow Americans!!

Wow! Blown away by their customer service, integrity, and dedication to helping young shooters develop!The owner is amazing and went above and beyond to help us. He repaired a shotgun we had purchased from another business a week earlier for our son to trap shoot that we discovered after the first use was defective (the business where we originally purchased the shotgun 1 week prior to it malfunctioning couldn't replace and the manufacturer refused to refund).After repairing the gun he took time to let our son shoot trap (to make sure it was repaired) and gave him some pointers for improvement.We highly recommend this buisness and we will be doing our business with this company moving forward.

By far Sports Hollow is the premier place for the serious shooter. Gunsmithing expertise and knowledge of all things firearms is a raity these days. For a mom&pop operation it is amazing they have more ammo on the shelves than any regional big box operation.
