When my family and I were homeless we had no choice my wife and son went here they got her what she needed but, the staff there are disrespectful and useless. If you have a choice chooses elsewhere. This is definitely a last resort.

Not the best experience calling the crisis line. The lady was nice and gave me some advice to help my situation, but then rushed me off the phone and actually hung up in middle of me thanking her. I desperately needed some resources for help with my anxiety and she didn't know any or wasn't interested in looking any up because she had to rush me off the phone to take another call. Exactly what you DON'T need when you're in crisis.
