Will never be using a Kwik Trip again after our experience at 1814 Lake Shore Dr West in Ashland WI last night at about 9:15. The woman cashier accused my husband of stealing and made him empty out his pockets!! We are so disgusted, hurt and embarrassed!! Do better Kwik Trip!!!!!!

Has car wash, but one of their smaller buildings. At edge of town near road to local hospital, close to Lake Superior. Hot food and beverages, grocery, another place I stop at when in Ashland.

I was just about to complete my 50mile Ruck Challenge at 4:20 am and wandered into this store tired and hungry. A kind soul named Jim A.k.A. “Grumpy” welcomed me in and and asked how my day was going. I politely told him I was about to complete a nationwide fundraiser for Soldier Suicide Prevention! Jim I hope you read this and know you blessed me beyond belief with your kindness, sometimes few and far between! Have a BLESSED DAY BUDDY!

While I was in the store I used the restroom. It could have used a wipe down but it was cleaner than most gas station restrooms I've used in the past.I watched as 2 other patrons tried to get paper towels from the dispenser to no avail. I heard a short light brown haired lady tell the worker the woman's restroom needed paper towels replaced and the worker essentially called the woman a liar. The worker said to the short woman with glasses "I just checked and it worked". The tall thin brunette was rude and flippant to the short woman. The short woman told the worker the exact dispenser that didn't work for any of us. Again the tall thin brunette worker said "well it worked for me". I was offended for the short woman who told the worker the paper towel dispenser didn't work for any of us. I will think twice before I stop at this location again. If workers feel this comfortable it obvious regulars I think I'll just try the Holiday down the street next time I pass through Ashland.
