The keys to eat that produce and cut out the junk. It is amazing what you can afford when you eliminate the toxic, industrial waste that many consider part of their grocery budget. Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food. Sorry if this sounds self-righteous... I am still battling to fend off our society's unhealthy and environmentally destructive "food" industry. The coop is our best ally.”
