Jacob the banker at this location is OUTSTANDING!!! I made one phone call here, asked to speak to a banker, I was sent to Jacob's voicemail due to him being busy with a customer, and he called me back within an hour. I spoke to him and explained my situation. He was very informative, straight to the point, and helped me out quickly and concisely. He also saved me time; I was thinking I would have to travel over an hour to meet with him regarding my situation. The convenience of it being done over the phone and by secure email was the cherry on top of the cake. Thank you Jacob and Associated Bank. Your service is amazing!!!!

This place cant make up their mind about their own policies and procedures. One teller allows something, the next one wont. Very unhelpful and rude. Would recommend literally any other bank even if travel is required.
