GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you Kyle for sharing your knowledge & giving me some tips on my car. They are prompt, friendly & keep you informed on when they will be arriving, or if they are running late. They let me know when they had dropped it off at the garage. They were so prompt that the garage was able to still look that afternoon & get back to me with what was wrong with my car. Thank you Brown's & Kyle for the great customer service. I will definitely use them again & will recommend them to others.

Wow! This business goes above and beyond. Our tire blew out on mile marker 128 going 90 west near Madison and Tim came to rescue us within 15 minutes. I was so afraid as we were on the highway with our two small boys. Tim was incredible, reccomending tire shops and ways to get back on the road fast. We’re so grateful for Tim.

While driving home today the splash shield under my car started dragging horribly under my car. I pulled over at Brown’s as I didn’t want to keep driving on it and was hoping someone would be around for guidance. The owner immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to remove it for me. Very grateful for the kindness he showed me today. Will go back for my next oil change.

I had a front tire fall off and was wedged in and it created a pretty tricky situation to tow so when another company wouldn’t even try and tow me, Brown’s explained everything to me and the risks in towing my car and made sure i understood everything and I appreciated that so much I gave the ok and we got it towed to a shop, Tim was amazing! He figured out how to get my car towed given the difficulty of the situation and got it done faster than I honestly expected I am so grateful for everyone who helped me I highly recommend!

Friendly, quick, and a great deal on a tow!I called all around the local area for pricing and glad I did! For my 30 mile tow, it was $279.00..another local place from here quoted me $435.00. And another at $325.00.I called and within an hour they arrived!Scott was very friendly, safe, and knew what he was doing. He even showed me that I have a tow hook. LolThank you guys for thus service today!

The owner of Brown's Services went above and beyond on Christmas Eve and this mom is SO THANKFUL! My daughter was stranded at a rest stop and called AAA. She was on her way to grandma's house when her car started smelling funny. She thought she would have to spend Christmas by herself but NOPE thanks to Brown's Services. He towed her car to the shop. It was an easy fix so he fixed it. He spent the time making sure my daughter was safe and could spend time with family while he spent time away from his own on Christmas Eve. If I lived in WI, I would FULLY support and take my car to him. I am forever thankful!
