The best service my family has had in a while. Ralph was very accommodating. I moved to the area without knowing much. Ralph handled us on the spot during the evening hours. He accepted payment over the phone from a third party and left our key in the unit for our convenience. The unit was clean and ready for us at 3 in the morning when we finally arrived in town. Great communication. He lives nearby and is on the grounds daily, making sure everything is secure. I didn't lock my unit all the way one time, and the next time I came back, he let me know he secured it for me... On the return of my key, my deposit was returned to me at that time... thank you, Ralph, for everything. You made my transition to here an easy thing with your accommodations...

Wouldn’t recommend. Only reason being if you are running a business and require a deposit. And i paid my deposit in full. When it came time for the deposit being returned. Not only did they not have the full amount to give back to me but he thought it was funny. I didnt like you knew the night before you were to refund the deposit why not have all the money. I like most people don’t carry cash. Not even one time did they offer to return the remaining portion via Zelle.

The owner is great to work with. He sends reminders, which I love because I'm forgetful. Very reasonable prices. The units are nice and the area is clean. I will definitely go back if I need to rent a storage unit again!

I recommend Payless Storage for storage use. The building is accessible and visible from the highway. The driveway, grounds and building are well maintained. The property owner is easy to work with and responds to calls rather quickly. I have been very happy renting a unit from Payless Storage, you will be too.
