Incredibly rude staff, closing the fitting room an hour and a half early and earlier than posted time. When asked to open the fitting room, the staff threatened to call security. Complaining that they would have to be at the store until 8pm. Clearly the store needs more staff. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Drove from wausau wi.waited all day to get in to try some dresses on then to told she can not try them on. When the sign on the door says
The dressing room will close at 6pm we finally get in here at 4:45 to be told sorry no you can not try on and most you can't return it

Very poor customer service in Appleton today. The girl was clearly irritated that I was returning items and purposely took her sweet time to put them on hangers, while the line behind me was growing longer. I understand it’s hard to find help these days, but your employees should at least like people.

Asian worker with bowl cut needs to be FIRED. unacceptable behavior to paying customers. Scratch that.. ALL workers made rude and snarky comments to THREE families who were shopping, all of them driving an hour+ to be here. All of you should be ashamed.

Horrible customer service! There should be training involved on how to communicate with customers before they get the job. Very disappointed with how the workers treated us tonight. The manager should be embarrassed!!!!

EVEN in 2024 with customer service at an all time low. The HORROR of the “service” at this location was disgusting. My daughter was literally yelled at by the associate and was told she had an attitude when we asked a question. He told us to go to Macy’s. Continued yelling as he walked away, yelling to another employee through the store that he was being polite, that we were rude, and he won’t deal with the disrespect, he’s leaving at 7:00. Other parents started commenting that they were not spending their money there because they received the same treatment. He yelled “good, go to Macy’s” again

Went in about a month ago with my sister, her friend, and a friend of my own. We waited in line for the fitting rooms and when we got to the front we were met with an employee that let us in.I didn’t get a chance to ask her name and she had no name tag, but she was freakishly tall and lanky. She had damaged bleach blonde hair and incredibly grown out roots, she looked a mess.I asked her if my friend and I could go in the same room because we both had dresses that required help getting on. She told us no which is understandable, I also work retail and understand there’s policies that need to be followed. After I got done changing I waited outside of the room for the rest of my group and I noticed the same employee letting a different group share a fitting room…. It was a mother and daughter so I was understanding until she let in another group. This time it was a group of teenage girls around the same age as my group. I couldn’t help but notice all of the people she let in were caucasian while me and my sister are black. She continued to ignore us for the rest of the time until we got fed up and left.

This is my first time at Windsor and it wasn't a great experience. My boyfriend and I came across one of the employees by the name of Melany, bad mouthing at the register about other people. Nobody greeted us and when we asked for help they seemed like we were a hassle to work with. (Maybe because I interrupted her gossiping session)A few days later, I wanted to return a dress in perfect condition but the tag was detached. Although 99% of stores have a tagging tool, they seem to be unable to do such a simple task for their customers. As such, the return was declined. Shortly after, we got it re-tagged outside of the store and yet the return still wasn't accepted. The policy states: "We will be glad to offer a refund in the original form of payment with receipt, tags attached and no signs of wear." Although these conditions were met, Melany refused to help us. If re-attaching a tag determines it's wear and tear, why sell it in the first place if that's considered damaged?The policy is ridiculous and for that, I won't be returning.

I usually never post 1 star reviews but… I bought a dress here and when I brought it home, it had a bunch of small rips and small holes. I cannot return it. Waste of money.

Went there today with my friend looking for their graduation dress. Fia came over with THE best energy ever and hyping up my friend like she has been best friends with us for years. Fia also strongly recommend a purple dress that was outside of the initial green theme of the initial choices and my friend ended up LOVING it and ultimately purchasing the purple dress. Thanks for your help and energy Fia.
