We went in to purchase a mattress, we worked with Ron who was very helpful he showed us many different options and used an adjustable base with every bed we tried, we were hesitant about buying a base but thought it was nice but we were concerned about it fitting in the new bed frame we just bought elsewhere, we were told it would fit right into new frame which it did. But now this bed is a poster bed which is super heavy and there is absolutely no weight in it to keep it steady, the adjustable base sits inside frame but does not touch it, so now it is very unsafe and unstable. We did try it 2 nights and we both hated it, after not sleeping well we decided to put our new mattress in our frame and we both slept much better, just was not enough support on the adjustable base. I Called and Ron told me the base is non returnable. So now I sit with this base that cost me $1000. That we don't like. Very disappointed ?

I went into wg&r in appleton and was immediately greeted by Jacob Lee. I explained to him that I was moving and wanted to get new furniture. He helped me pick out all matching furniture, that goes with my new place. He also helped me stay within my budget for everything that I needed. Jacob was super helpfull and very polite and respectful. I for sure will be going back to him for the rest of my furniture.

Wonderful experience! It was our fifth store shopping for a lift recliner and did not disappoint. Isaac, our sales person, was friendly, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We found the perfect chair, will be delivered quickly and is backed up by a great warranty.

We went into the store looking for kitchen chairs (10) came out with 10 chairs, new sectional couch/recliner, and 2 mattresses...lol....Great guy to deal with....

Joel was awesome to work with. He listened to us and was able to show several couch/loveseat options. What was even better, he used his experience to open our eyes to choices we didn't think we would even consider. Ended up with a color we disqualified at first. It looks AWESOME in our living room. Joel talked about his life(after prodding from me) and we hit it off right away. We now call our living room the Pauley Perrette Room. People that know him understand this. Would recommend him to anyone needing home furnishings. WG&R always a first choice for us.

I went to 2 furniture stores looking for a good mattress. My 3rd stop was WG&R and Lori Null walked up to me and took the time to explain mattresses and their differences. She is very knowledgeable on them. We worked together until I was sure of my choice. I highly recommend her when shopping for a mattress. Thank you Lori!

I meet Nicholas my salesman who was very helpful in listening to what I was looking for. But of course I changed y mind about what I wanted after looking around. Nicholas was on the point and helped me find the best one for me. I was in and out in a very short time. I was very satisfied.

Fantastic experience with salesman Cornelius when picking out a sofa! I wish more sales people had his approach. He wasn't aggressive, but was there to help my girlfriend and I when we needed it. Excellent product knowledge, conscientious, patient, and solid interpersonal skills. It was with his help we were able to find the perfect sofa for our living room. Definitely would work with him again.

UPDATED AT END...My family has shopped at wgnr furniture for over 20 years and we have not had a bad experience until now. And this purchase was the most expensive we have ever made. If I could give zero stars for this experience I would. We bought a very expensive mattress and base and it took forever for it to be delivered only to come with damage and now it has been almost 2 weeks and we have heard nothing about our replacement. I am thinking we are going to take advantage of their 30 day guarantee and return this bed and never shop there again.UPDATEAfter receiving a reply on my review from wg&r, I did send an email. I have not heard back. Also since this review, a replacement base was brought here today. It had to be rigged because it was not the correct wiring and it is not the correct size so our mattress is now unlevel and lopsided. Also, there is a delay because one side goes up and down faster than the other side does. We also discovered that they took the four low risers for the base. The compensation they are offering my husband is unacceptable. It is not only the money, but also the time that has been costing us for this purchase. I will put another update when things are concluded. This whole thing has been ridiculous and supposedly wgr is Better Business Bureau Affiliated so contacting them might be our next option depending on what wgnr does to make this right for us.

Ordered a set of dressers they were damaged so two weeks later they arrived with replacement dressers that were more damaged than the first set that I have sitting in my house. I called customer service they are willing to give 50 dollars off if I keep them because the damage according to them is minimal. There is a hunk of wood missing from the leg. I laughed at them, now I have to wait two more weeks for replacements. They are spending way more money on labor and fuel then they would giving me a more reasonable amount off. Do not buy furniture from them especially something made out of wood. I did not buy the low end dressers.
