To the manager at Walmart who unplugged my phone charger from the wall and called the cops on me for "disturbing a corporation" (bcuz I was upset on the phone about my kids), my phone was completely dead, I was stuck with nowhere to go in the cold, and I'm 5 MONTHS PREGNANT. I missed the bus because I didn't have my phone to check the bus routes. I was also starving and needed to eat, I was planning on getting food with my Walmart gift card because my EBT card was stolen, that's why I went there in the first place to return items for money to eat!!!!! Because of your return policy, I couldn't get cash and your "corporation" was the only place I could get food. You kicked a woman out of Walmart who was 20miles from home, hungry, cold, and pregnant with no phone to call for help. People like you disgust me and give me absolutely no faith or hope for humanity.

Stopped 3 times over a period of 10 days to get Mennen Afta PRE-Electric Shave Cream which was indicated (on line) that they had in stock. None available on the shelf where the product & price were marked. Called their health & beauty aids department to find out if they could tell me when it would be in. Held for 3 minutes & then hung up. I would GIVE THEM a D- .

Don't most stores have experience with Black Friday shopping. Especially one open 24/7 you would think they would prepare for and expect more people... nope one isle open over ten people in line had all self check registers open we could hear manager on the radio basically telling them to deal with it but yet two people sat in self check out counting the bags or something finally a customer went over and asked if they could open another register since there was a pretty extensive line a few carts but multiple customers per cart being productive knowing there would be more people and carts to bypass why is it the customers can figure that out yet the manager sits in the office saying well I'm in the office instead of opening another register or telling employees to keep the self check out open. Don't visit quite often due to low registers being open after having like 20 options but one on Black Friday at 2am after the mall closed y'all should be prepared and the manager should be saying in radio for everyone to hear that he's in the office get your act together

Appleton Walmart was fine. Employee Cassie was not fine. Noticed my broom was broken at check out. All she did was take it and put it else where. Didn't bother to get me a new broom. Said "it would take longer" but I still needed a broom. She also had a piss pour attitude about working in general.

This is your average Walmart store. Great selection on most things! Not sure what else to say!

It's Wal-Mart so I am not expecting the greatest customer service in the world. I know you wont get that here but that being said, this was even worse than "normal" customer service at Wal-Mart. I was purchasing probably about 20-25 items. Nothing too large but too many to go through the express lane without being "that guy". I worked retail for 12.5 years so I know that it annoys the cashier and others in line and I dont want to appear on People of Wal-Mart because of that. So, I go to the other other register open meaning that at 9:30PM on a Friday night there were two registers open. One regular and one express. It took me 30 minutes to check out because of how much the people in front of me had to ring up. I know Wal-Mart is knowing for never having registers open but this was ridiculous. If I did not need my items for the next day I would have waited and gone to Target. I have gone to this Wal-Mart a few times and there is always a wait but usually I am grabbing just a few things so I can do self or express checkout. I will say the staff I interacted with was actually friendly and helpful but there just wasnt enough checkout help so that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I know its really not the staffs fault for the lack of staff and I don't want to take it out on them but it needs to be said. So, if you need time away from the kids and spouse come here on a Friday night and you will get plenty of time to get lost in your thoughts and catch up on texts and games on your phone.

It's a Wal-Mart Supercenter, which is about as much as I can say. This location is well stocked for dry goods, but grocery items are pretty limited in variety. The majority of the staff is friendly and helpful! The customer service desk tends to get backed up, but the people behind the desk stay efficient and keep things moving. And somehow keep their patience, so that is impressive in and of itself. The pharmacy is hit or miss. The majority of the time that I have had to use their pharmacy, either they are wildly behind, or supposedly filled my script and then it wasn't there when I went to pick it up. It is the cheapest option if you do have to pay for a script out of pocket, though. It's Wally World and it's closest to our house, so I keep coming back.

Without a doubt the most neat, and organized Walmart I have ever been in. The customer service kind of lacks, but there isn't random items scattered all over or clothes all over the floor which I like personally. I shop here ALL the time!

Worst Walmart EVER. The associates are extremely unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. The managers don't know their very own store return policies. The store is filthy! Store associates sound completely annoyed when you ask them for help. This Walmart is consistently out of stock with a lot of items and have very few selections. I know you can't expect a lot from Walmart but I have been to way more well kept, organized, and friendly Walmarts and this Walmart simply isn't one of them. Get whatever you need and get out of there before a Store associate has a chance to ruin your day.

It's Wal Mart. What do you want? Low prices. My one cosmetic was high so I can imagine how much it really is. If shopping for food and... might want to do "and" first so your food stays cold.
