Being on hold to fill a prescription (I did not have an Rx number so I could not use the automated service) and having 1 caller ahead of me for an hour and 20 min is unacceptable. Called from another phone to talk to a manager, when I got a hold of someone they said "Best I can do is transfer you to the pharmacy." The phone rang and rang still no answer. I will be transferring all of my prescription to any other Pharmacy (besides Walgreen's) from now on. Corner of happy and healthy?! yeah right!!!

On hold for over 40 minutes. Only for some rude lady to finally pick up and refuse to answer any questions I had about my wife's prescription! I get you're busy, but my time is valuable too.... plenty of other things I could have done during that time!

Considering the volume of tasks and customers things moved along as efficiently as possible. The Staff was courteous and Professional.

Average wait for the drive-through pharmacy is about an hour. If you can look past that, not too bad.

The store staff is down right disrespectful and rude intentionally time and time again, I am at the register waiting for the cashier to check me out, she comes up and ignores me so i say hi, she continues to ignore me, then i tell her hi again and she said "OH" , she never tells me the total i owe and just stands there. I ask if i have any points she says no! I hand her the money and she sees my hand to get the change back and ALYSON sets the money on the counter next to me . I told her that her customer service was horrible and she said thank you! This is the 5th time of her being rude to me and I had to stick up for myself this time. This girl should not be in customer service.

The two women in the pharmacy are the slowest, and the most unfriendly.They see a line, and then walk away, I understand they are understaffed. But the customers time is what pays your salary.

Used the pharmacy with my Dr. 1st time they were closing in 15 min for an hour for lunch. Had to wait. 2nd time they were closed.Changed to CVS right down the road. Not one issue since.

Pharmacy dos not fill scripts until you come to pickup the script even if they have then for two days before then.

Just your standard Walgreens. Had everything you need, employees are courteous, needed products are available. Not too busy in here, so it's nice. ATM on site, got everything I needed.

There’s an older lady that works there during the day and intentionally refuses to accept my OTC benefit card. There’s over $100 on it. What a bunch of bull. Never going there when she’s working
