Just like others are saying, it takes 3+ weeks to get a prescription filled. Even when it's not on backorder, they just won't order it. The employees are incompetent.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. They rarely answer your calls and when they do, it's after a 30 minute or longer hold. I've been trying to get my medication for over 3 weeks now. Every time my doctor's office or I call to check where my prescription is at, they give us a new day that it'll be ready for pickup, and that day comes and goes, and I still have no freaking prescription. This place sucks, I'm going somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy ever. Been trying to get my prescription for 3 weeks now and they keep telling me to wait. So I wait and still nothing. Went to go try again and dude walked away while I was still mid sentence. Horrible customer service. Switching to CVS they seem to actually care. Wish I could 0 star this.

The customer services at this Pharmacy with their staff is beyond rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and lazy. I understand they are short in staff but as a customer we do NOT need to witness your unprofessionalism from you being rude to customers then having side comments about them. Most of the time other staff members are standing around just trying to avoid eye contact with us customers. Also, the pharmacist Louis has a attitude when talking to his customer. He had made a mistake refilling my father medication for the qty of 30 vs 180 and I have contacted them several times regarding getting his medication refilled. I had walk in to Walgreens with the bottle they refilled and show them what I had picked up a month ago. The RX that they had on the bottle were not found in their system and they were clueless to what had happened. I heard the tech said maybe the wrong prescription was given to him the day of picking up. So the Pharmacist came up to me saying he will check his camera to see what is going on and will call his insurance to reverse the refill so that I can have another Pharmacy refill his med. I called to follow up with Louis the Pharmacist before heading to CVS to refill his medication cause at this point I am done dealing with Walgreens. Louis informed me that he had already called my dad insurance to reverse the refill and everything should be good to go. He had also mentioned he had try calling CVS 2x but was unable to reach them; in my head I was like CVS is not like Walgreens, you can always reach someone. So I called CVS before heading there to pick up my dad medication and I was told from CVS tech that Louis had lied and it was never reversed. So I ended up having to pay for his medication cause I was done with Walgreens and their lowly staff.

We have done 5 photo orders from this location and they have never once gotten the order finished or correct the first time. I gave 5 chances to get it right, it is time to find somewhere else to get photos printed.

If you can avoid using this pharmacy, do so. The man I just spoke with could not possibly have been more rude (I wish I knew his name but he would not tell me.) He refused to answer my questions, spoke over me, and tried to make me feel stupid. This is all after I have waited 2+ weeks for them to fill the prescription and the automated system said they had nothing for me. However, somehow the awful human I spoke to said it was there. After telling me to get it over the counter, even though my Dr. prescribed it. So do I waste the hour it takes to pick it up...There are lots of pharmacy options- you can definitely do better than this.

I went to this Walgreens to pick up a personalized calendar for my Dad and the staff was so friendly. They helped me figure out the ap and photo stuff. I'm not so good with technology and was glad they were so patient. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful

This 1901 Walgreens store sucks we are getting medications from this store from years, I called this store pharmacy today and said I’m at work can I pick up my wife’s doctor prescription, medication tonight at 8:30pm she said yes , the girl in the pharmacy is not good at customers this is my third time dealing with this type situation. She doesn’t even care about customers , she is crazy I need my wife’s medication tonight, she is not feeling well. I never go to this pharmacy again, don’t go to this store they don’t care customers. I will change my store.

Pharmacy hours are AWFUL, only open til 6 PM on weekdays and not at all on weekends. The pharmacy line gets really long from 4:30 to 6 PM...because most people work 1st shift and with their awful hours have no choice to get their meds but to come at this time. I routinely sit in line 20 to 30 minutes waiting to get my prescriptions because of these hours.

They've closed the pharmacy with NO NOTICE and here I am waiting for rx's to be filled for the last 2 days. I HATE this place, nothing but screw ups! Edit: Again, today I went to go pick up an RX and no pharmacist on duty. Store staff is rude when asked if they know if pharmacist will be in tomorrow. This is a week day. Unacceptable!

Very poor customer service! The so called lead tonight Dawson doesn’t know how to speak to his staff nor to customers. He has absolutely no customer service skills, appears to be high off who knows what. I was using digital coupons on the app in the store that were all clipped and he blamed it on the network and basically would not honor any of the clipped coupons in my account. Told me to do a pick up order well you can do pick up with cash. Poor customer service, high leads no type of assistance and extremely poor communication. Will be contacting corporate also.

I am genuinely beginning to believe they have a rule of not filling any prescription until the person arrives to pick it up!It’s been impossible to pick anything up without waiting at least 10-15 minutes because they need to “finish getting it ready”.Now I go to pick up something at 2:30 pm today that had a pickup time of 10am today (so plenty of time for it to be ready) that was called in at 9am yesterday (as I said, plenty of time) only for them to not know what the prescription even was and them be told it would take 30 minutes!!!!!I’m thinking it might be time for a new pharmacy, Walgreens has simply become unorganised trash nowadays.
