They don't have a pharmacist half the time don't tell u there not gonna be there when u call ur refill in it says u can pick it up tomorrow then u go there and no one's there and u can't get ur meds they should at least tell u so u can get ur stuff the day before

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called to check on a prescription and the person I spoke with was extremely rude. Said “what do you want me to do about it” when he informed me my insurance didn’t cover the medication and he couldn’t sell it to me for cash price. He hung up on me! I have never been treated so rudely by pharmacy staff before. “I’m sure they told you when you signed up” was his remark to me when I said now I can’t get my medication. Evidently this person is very unhappy. I will never use a Walgreens again after this.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. Since 2020, the pharmacy is closed on weekends, closed in the middle of the day (when many people have lunch breaks from work), and it’s regularly closed at random without notice for entire weekdays such as today 12/20/2023.I would not recommend this pharmacy for regular medication refills especially not time-sensitive medication needs or to fill prescriptions for children who may not be able to wait for the pharmacist to fit having the pharmacy open into his schedule.Over 20 years, I have been spoken to in accusatory tones by the pharmacy staff.I haven’t made a big deal out of it, assuming it’s a health care system issue and not a me problem. But now that it’s also closed more often than it is open, I don’t appreciate being spoken to as if I am trying to “pull one over” on a regular basis.Save yourself time, energy, and hassle:use Hometown Pharmacy or CVS. I am switching today.

Trust the other reviews; pharmacy is awful. I called in the morning with a question about a prescription, got one answer and a three-hour timeframe. Called again after work, was on hold 40 minutes before the call dropped. Went into the store and they gave a different answer than they did in the morning. Wasted 3 hours of my life.

I called to pick up an important recurring prescription and when I get there the lady tells me it's "too early" I must wait another 4 days to pick it up. I go to call the place and it is temporarily closed. I refuse to believe the lady I spoke to wasn't aware of the fact that the pharmacy would be temporarily closing in 3 days. I now may be missing my prescription because a lady couldn't be bothered to let me know the pharmacy would be closing. The pharmacy workers are often so rude and don't seem to be interested in making things easier.

I've only been with them for 3.5 months and they have screwed up my prescriptions so badly my doctor had to personally call them to correct them. I only take 3 meds. When I went to pick up they gave me meds I'm not even prescribed with my name on them and everything! Their mistakes are going to kill someone. I came in for my 1:00 flu shot appointment today and they told me since they're going on lunch at 1:30 they can't do it and I will have to reschedule. Staff are rude, not willing to tell you which meds are even ready for you, and act like it's an inconvenience to them when you come to pick your meds up.

I went in for an appointment for a vaccine today. I called my insurance to make sure they covered it. When I got to Walgreens there was one person waiting behind me. I had filled out all the info. online. The tech said it wasn't covered. I tried to tell her it was and that I'd called to make sure. She kept telling me it wasn't so I told her there was a number she could call. She told me they were short-staffed and she certainly wasn't going to call the insurance today and that is was up to me to call. Which I had already done that morning. I asked who she would call and suddenly the male pharmacy guy yelled at me in a loud voice, "That's enough. She answered your questions. We are back upped!" I don't think my conversation with her lasted more than 2 minutes and a few more people behind me had just arrived. I am a senior citizen and I never in all my life had anyone yell at me the way this guy did in front of people. It was shocking and truly terrible behavior. Frankly, I think he can get away with it because they are short-staffed. But if I was his boss that would be enough for me to fire him. How dare he behave in such a manner.

Worst experience at a pharmacy, nothing worse than not having your medication 3 days after it was supposed to be filled. Then I was demanded to 'SIT' and 'Be quiet' like I'm a dog instead of a customer of Walgreens or the pharmacy. The pharmacy techs are unfriendly, cold and will try to intimidate you. This pharmacy needs all new staff, you have no idea how bad it was.

This pharmacy is just really not good when trying to get your meds, some of the pharmacists are just rude and impatient. I turned 18 a few months ago and I don’t really know how all of this works so I called to try and ask some questions about my refill because the app I was using told me to. The lady told me the prescription I ordered was completely out stock. I asked a few questions because I was confused and the lady on the phone was just overall super rude and got really short and impatient and literally hung up on me.

I am from out of state and tried getting my insurance to pay from my state and all that Walgreens had to do was fill out a paper and fax it back to my state and they did but only did one prescription and I needed 4! Then the pharmacist yelled at me and said they would not do that again!! So they messed up and I can’t get my prescriptions! My medications are for diabetes and high blood pressure and he just told me I’m I because it’s a few more steps for them!!! I called the one in Grand Chute and they were very happy to help!

My prescriptions are never ready when they say they are supposed to be. Every time I wait until I get a phone call and email stating my prescriptions are ready and without fail they never have anything in their system when I get there. Waste of time. The staff isn't to blame, it's the system they are using.
