The old red curly haired pharmacist is rude and should be fired immediately. Never using Walgreens again.

Walgreens has really gone downhill. I finally switched so I can get prescriptions without waiting several days.

Pharmacy is rude and whenever I'm told my prescription will be ready, the date changes and I end up having to transfer it to the walgreens on casaloma. If casaloma was closer to my house they would be the Pharmacy I always go to. They are extremely nice and have always had my prescription.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in the state. Never had medications ready even when you have spoken on the phone with the pharmacy and have been told the are ready. Seriously just a horrible experience for someone who is unable to drive and must plan out rides to get their medication.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I set up a test for Covid 19. The email was contradictory about coming inside or through the drive through to get tested. I called and someone told me I could get tested in the drive thru. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive through and being late for my appointment they told me I needed to come inside to get tested. Waited a half hour inside as well the get tested. I will never be coming back to this Walgreens. Awful service

They’re always super nice and always have my prescription ready, I always call in ahead of time so I don’t have to worry about not having my prescription. They’re very helpful when you give them the time they need to get your stuff ready

Pharmacy has the worst service imaginable. Lost my prescription after they called and said it was ready. I sat at the counter and watched them dig through a mountain of prescription bags for 25 minutes before they finally said they would just make a new one and IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 30 MINUTES!! Do not use this pharmacy!!

Please do everybody a favor. If you do not have the staff to properly staff, your pharmacy just shut it down Almost an hour, sitting in your drive-through to pick up one prescription I am usually a very patient and understanding person, but it has been this way for months I guess I will be taking my business to CVS or Costco

Atrocious service. I called in a prescription yesterday and was told it would be ready today. So I go pick it up today, and they tell me that they put it on hold "in case you didn't come get it." Fine, I'll come get it when it's ready in 20 minutes that they quote me. I come back 20 minutes later and guess what! They might not even have enough of this medication! They have an open bottle, but it might not have enough so they have to count it first and THEN they MIGHT have my prescription filled and ready. They're lucky this medication isn't life-sustaining because if my life depended on it, I would die and Walgreens would be to blame. Don't use this pharmacy, go up the road to one of the other pharmacies that value you.

I'm an understanding and patient person. I worked retail for years, so I understand what customer service is like. But I have never seen a place more poorly run than the pharmacy at this Walgreens. I stood in line here 5 times in 3 days, for at least 30 minutes each time, trying to get the same prescription. When I was FINALLY able to get it, I brought it home and realized that they'd only given me 30 days of a 90 day fill. The sticker on the bottle said 90, the receipt said 90, I paid for 90, but I only received 30 pills. So now I have to go back and stand in that massive line AGAIN, for a 6th time, and hope that they'll give me my missing pills. This has been a nightmare of a week because of this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I can't go to a different brick and mortar company because my insurance won't cover it. I'll be pulling all my prescriptions in the future and only going through my mail pharmacy.

I've been a Walgreens fan for a long time, pretty much always had meds picked up from this location even as a child.I simply cannot support a store that refuses to do right by their workers, the ones that bring all wealth to their company. Stand in solidarity with the strike and get your stuff from elsewhere. These corporate rats will keep taking and taking from working people until serious change is made across all industries.ALL POWER TO ALL PEOPLE
