Had to switch to Walgreens bc of insurance, and boy am I not happy about it. The service has not been great. They will tell me my prescription is ready for pick up, but when I go it’s not and I have to come back the next day only to repeat the problem. Calling in prescriptions is also a pain. Definitely not happy with this change.

They went to break early today, couldn't pick up medicine. 4 others there, as well...NOT COOL. Made three stops today didn't have everything during 2nd visit said they would later. 3rd visit 1 of 2 remaining rx still not ready. Guesd I don't need my meds for the weekend. DO NOT CALL ME AND TELL ME MY MEDS ARE READY WHEN THEY ARE NOT!!

Going to get medicine here is always a hassle. They are either understaffed or there is NO staff. The last time I went to pick up a script it had been misplaced and it took 3 people 20 minutes to go through every bin they have to find it. This was after standing in line for a half an hour. I currently have a prescription at this pharmacy that will be held hostage over the weekend because they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. This will be the last prescription that I have filled here. If you have any other options in your area to have a prescription filled, l would highly recommend using anywhere but Walgreens. This place is a poorly told joke.

Had to switch to Walgreens with new insurance. It hasn't even been a month and boy do I miss CVS! Every time I've picked up something so far, it's been frustrating. Waiting and no one coming to the drive thru. Going in and hearing the pharmacist & his staff complaining about something behind the scenes and barely paying attention to helping me.
