Received a gift card, purchased items online because they don’t stock my size in store. Went to return 1 bra today and was told that I cannot be refunded because it was purchased with a gift card, only an exchange is allowed. No other option presented to me and made to feel like I was the inconvenience because how dare I not just want to exchange in store. Maybe carry a 40B and I would!!!!

Super undertrained at the Fox River Mall. I dealt with a manager for a return and it was done wrong after the associate couldn't do it. I had 2 items!

Ordered a piece in store to get delivered online. I was lied to and told it would arrive at my house in 2 days. It took 7 DAYS, mind you I needed this for an event. Then when I got it, turns out they put the order in for the WRONG COLOR. What a joke

I shop here WITHOUT hesitation for my wife. I have for 30 years. (@ many VS’s) Everyone at VS is always helpful. Last week I returned some clothing I bought for my wife at Christmas and they exchanged for me, without the receipt, but tags still on. So kind. Thank you VS.
