Love my verlo mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable on how the mattress is made and where the materials are from. Will definitely be returning whenever I need a new mattress!

Just called to ask about the free adjustment that comes with the bed I purchased n this is part of the response I got:"If u wanna burn ur free adjustment, that's on u. But ur gonna have to pay to get ur bed back to how it was once it breaks in."Yes, I would like to "burn" my free adjustment. Like I said on the phone, I very much think I got one too stiff.While I was there looking at mattresses, it would've been helpful to know there was such a drastic difference between what was in the store vs what would be delivered. I thought I had made it clear that this was my first time purchasing a brand new bed, clearly that detail was missed by the associate.I had tears forming n my voice was starting to crack from holding back crying by the time the call ended cuz I truly feel like the associate wasn't listening n was more less telling me to tough it out. Yes, I understand there's a break in period. But u also have to understand that I genuinely think I got too stiff of a bed for myself. That is a possibility as well.Delivery wasn't great either. I asked about taking down the old bed once they just started hauling the new bed in. They replied, "We have it down that we're not taking the old bed." I'm like "... Ur not? I asked if u guys were gonna move the old bed cuz it's still in the bedroom....?" They didn't ask which bedroom (there's 4), just went thru the upstairs till they found the bed, they didn't have shoe coverings, they knocked a wheel n the middle support bar off the frame n didn't bother putting them back, i didn't get any paperwork, there was no introduction so I don't know their names. I'll will say, they were 20 mins early. Did they call to tell me that? Nope.

This place is a horrible place to work they do not take care of their employees I was recently fired because I hurt my shoulder on the job after busting my … off for them just to get fired place is a joke always trying to scam customers and employees always trying to cut corners to save money

The Appleton store employees provided great expertise in information on the range of mattresses I was interested in. They provided plenty of time trying and retrying the feel of each mattress I was choosing from. I am so happy to have a mattress that allows quality sleep. Thank you Verlo!

*Update 1/20/2023* the supervisor Sam has reached out to me a few days later and corrected the issue. He is very understanding of what happened and promised to return the mattress to its original setting which he did at no cost. Thank you Sam. Very much appreciated.************Sorry but your salesman Jayjay or JJ, however you spell his name need to be put on the spot. We bought a mattress last year in February and since my wife was having difficulty with back pain, we used our one time adjustment to see if it will help with her back by adjusting it to firm. We came in and Jayjay/JJ greeted us and walked us thru the process. We wanted to go with the extra firm but he talked us out of it to try the firm first so that way if we wanted to switch back to the original, it'll only be $100 instead of $300. So we agreed on it and made the adjustment to a firm only. Only a few weeks in and now my back started hurting. So we called back and requested to have it switch back to its original Pillowtop setting and the person who answered the phone said it will be $400. I argued back with what Jayjay/jj told us and the gentleman said he isn't aware at such price. So I asked to speak with Jayjay/JJ and he also told me the price of $400 which is different from when he last talk to me and my wife face to face. He claimed not to remember saying such and claimed its just hearsay. After a few minutes of going back and forth walking him down memory lane, he finally gave in and agreed to 100$.Well, they came picked it up today and brought it back NOT in its "original" form. The original mattress had a pillow top setting and now it does not. I called Jayjay and he have the audacity to tell me there's no difference because it's still the same comfort level as the original mattress but WITHOUT the pillow top. After a 5 min of arguing back and forth and it doesn't seem like it's going nowhere, I requested to speak to a manager and he told me Sam will be in Thursday and we both hung up.For the public, if you're going to do business here, please have it in writing as one of their staff seems to be doing the opposite as promised. Like all salesman, they always pitch you a good sale and always do the opposite.

We were shopping for a new bed and Sam was a great salesman! He directed us to the perfect mattresses and we found one (Two; split king) that we liked. We walked out of the store owning a new bed! A few days later it was delivered to our home and set up by their delivery drivers! We have been sleeping like babies ever since we got it!

Love the V7 Hybrid mattress. It is not to hard or too soft. Really like the support, especially on the edges. No more feeling like I am going to roll off. Originally had it on an old, cheap frame with box spring and liked it. Now that I finally put it on a metal frame that doesn't require a box spring it seems even better. I've had it for over two months.

had 3 "comfort adjustments" and every time it comes back more form than the time before when I wanted more plush!!! customer service experience wasn't great either by the 3rd time, where I had an associate get in my face about it. would appreciate a contact from Appleton store owner.

Bought mattress from them in 1999, when we moved two years ago we got a metal frame and foam mattress which has caused us much pain. Returned to Verlo and got mattress, box spring and rolling frame for $380. Hope this one last as long.

Came into the store looking at mattress and was told the price and box spring was an extra $179 ish. Went to a few other stores in town and also the verlo store in Green Bay. I had a much better experience at the Green Bay store. Was the same price but no charge for take away and box spring. Came back to the Appleton store and asked why they have a different price and the sales guy ( same person ) had an Attitude and was short with me. Said oh ya it’s free and said I must have been mistaken. 1 star for poor customer service. Paid just as much on a mattress... just at a different store, without the crappy Salesman attitude.
