The only reason I gave 1 star is because I can't give anything less... THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! OVER PRICED EVERYTHING WITH NO PRICE TAGS EVER AND NEVER OPENED WHEN THEY SUPPOSED TO BE.... SO SAD AND THIS IS WHY I WILL DRIVE TO MILWAUKEE BEFORE I SHOP AT EITHER ONE OF THESE DAMN BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES UP HERE. YOU BETTER OFF SHOPPING ON AMAZON THEN TO SHOP WITH THESE BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES IN APPLETON!

It is April 2021 and they are supposed to open at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and stay open until 7:00 p.m. I got here at 10:00 a.m. and no one was here I called at 10:05 No one answer I left a message she did not arrive until 10:19 to open the store This is a frequently happening thing very unprofessional What I bought was $8:39 and she asked me if I had cash So I'm assuming they have a card limit on how much you have to spend in store to use your card

Good prices, friendly staff and good service! My girlfriend / fiancé went there they went above and beyond what was expected of them. I will definitely go there again. I definitely would recommend going there and checking it out if you need any hair care products or help their friendly staff are knowledgeable and can help you out!!

Poor customer service as soon as you walk through the door. They wouldn't exchange or return my item and told me ol well I should of have the right information before purchasing. Now I'm stuck with hair im not going to use.

Bought 4 bundles of hair 18/18/20/22. Spent $280. Got it sewn in next day. 3 days later the hair matted up like some sort of cheap crochete hair. Worst hair ever! I think the hair is human/synthetic mix. Hair shedded in little pieces like the hair was not 1 continuous strand but short strands priced together to make it long. Shedding happened before I even got it installed. I think the hair was old. Never again
