High end shoes and very pricey. Return policy on clearance items is lousy. Staff is quite helpful.

I live in New Mexico but order shoes from Fox Valley because they carried a brand I could not get in NM. They spent time helping me with my purchase and suggested styles that were on sale. They were very helpful and considerate. I did have to return one pair. No problem.
