BEWARE OF TINA and the Supervisor (closing supervisor) I can tell why everyone there looks very miserable and ready to quit. I witness the supervisor talking poorly to a representative there. She almost cried it looked like. Tina, she works the front desk. She is by far the worst human I met. She represents herself as if she hates anyone with a darker shade than her skin color and she also is very rude and condescending. I’m so sorry for the staff who has to work with them. It’s very sad. I heard Tina talking poorly about a customer when the customer left. She called them dumb because they forgot an ID. This is who our government hires. Both need to be under review.

Older lady was absolutely mean and rude. The man with the glasses was nice and understanding and I could tell the younger girl was just trying to keep her head down and get thru the shift. You shouldnt WORK I CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ARE A MEAN PERSON TO INOCCENT PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST ASKING SIMPLE QUESTIONS AND LOOKING FOR HELP.

Don't even bother calling the phone number. I called to see if I could have a package rerouted, I got connected "accidentally" I'm assuming. All I heard was two employees dropping f bombs about how their coworkers don't do any type of work. Tried to call back two more times, to not even get connected to a worker.

Cant get worse than this. I’ve called emailed and gone in person to change my address and I haven’t gotten mail in 4 months. Each person I interact with gives me different information. They have one job and they can’t do it.

Very unhappy with our postal service delivery at our Grand Chute home. Two days ago I got a notice that a package had been delivered to our address, but it actually wasn't. Went to Post Office with a tracking number, talked to a supervisor & found it had been delivered at another address not even near by. Got the vibe that our carrier is as he put it kind of wishy washy, but not as bad as some. Package finally delivered today after tracking it down. Now I am missing a weekly magazine. Not to mention other mix ups. This seems entirely unacceptable. We depend on good mail service!!

I definitely recommend this post office for submitting your passport paperwork and getting your picture taken. I booked an appointment online and was able to get in the next day. The woman who helped me was very friendly and professional, and the entire process took about 10 minutes.

If I could give negative stars I would. Mail carriers are incompetent. Supervisor Keith has ZERO customer service skills and makes it beyond clear he does not care about any issue or concern brought to his attention.

The business module is the worst. Been a huge displeasure to work with them constantly delivering my packages to the wrong address. Always been told that supervisor will call back or fix the issue but they never do. Can't call them as they won't bother to pick up the phone and visiting them in person barely gets anything accomplished. Too much negligence and lack of accountability as it never seems to get better.

Package was forwarded to some place even they didn't know. When I went in to talk to them they said they would look into to issue and contact me with more information. It appears after that they decided to return my package to the sender and have not contacted me.

They're only great when they don't make a mistake. My mail carrier is clearly very untrained. He delivers my packages to my neighbors all the time, and I almost never get them back. I've had to chase him down several times to get him to come back and unlock the mailboxes so I can retrieve my packages. There's a very good reason USPS is dying. They're a horrible organization and they have always had a history of mismanagement. My petty little problem is just a drop in the bucket of issues I've had with USPS over the years. Contacting the postmaster in Appleton, WI is pretty much impossible. I've been filing claims with the main national office, but I doubt my local office ever hears anything about them. I even went as far as finding out who my local postmaster is and trying to message them on facebook to get my issues resolved. NOT A SINGLE PERSON WILL EVER TALK TO YOU FROM YOUR LOCAL OFFICE. I'm done. I'm never shipping USPS again, and I'm also considering a lawsuit for all the lost packages over the last few years.

Sunday delivery driver is lazy. Crammed a laptop case into my mailbox instead of walking it up to the porch. Also left the mailbox door open. Take pride in your job dude.

There was an issue with the address which wasn’t their fault but then after being told they would put it for redelivery they put my package on the return to sender shelf and sent it back internationally. Didn’t even bother to help me and left me on hold for well over 35 minutes. Poor service!
