I had problems with it from day I drove it home called John talk to him said he get it in ... had a rough idle and was bucking at 45-55 miles per hour ... they called said it was done rough idle is gone still has the bucking.. John so far has took care of me we will see if they continue to do so till this issue is resolved so far happy with the service i will keep you to date on if they keep on with the good customer service....10/23/17 update ... Jon is a great guy to deal with they stand behind there cars 100% don't be afraid of buying from them better than any other car lot I have dealt with i have had issues but they took care of them keep up the great customer service....”

I needed an all-around brake replacement. I called around to about 5 different places for quotes. Boyle had the best price, along with great communication. They even found a minor repair to remove a "clunking" sound that two other shops missed. Friendly and easy to work with. They even gave me a loaner car when the alignment took longer than expected (not on them, issue with the alignment shop). I'll be going back to them for all future repairs.”
“Daughter needed a car after hers was totaled. They have a great selection for reasonable prices. They are all pretty high miles but that is their niche. Nice used Hondas and Toyotas. Noticed the battery was from 2017. By the time I got back the next day to finish the sale it was replaced. Hassle free and easy to work with. I would definitely buy here again. Open about all the inspection and carfax stuff as well so you know what you are getting.”

“So far, so good with Bergstrom GMC of Appleton. I have purchased my last 7 vehicles from Bergstrom and thought I was done with them after my extremely poor experience(s) with Bergstrom Ford Neenah- Jacobo and Pierce reminded me why Bergstrom is a great business to work with.
I was not expecting to buy a vehicle when I pulled into the lot, I only wanted to look at how many Sierra's they had. Jacobo offered his help before I could even get out of my vehicle. Contrasting to the experience I had at Chevy in Neenah (where 4 salesmen watched me walk around and didn't offer assistance the entire time), I really appreciated it. Jacobo was kind and gave me relevant information about different models and trims- he wasn't pushy in any way and did a fantastic job of selling the truck whilst also re-assuring that the Ford dealership antics were not representative of how they do business at GMC.
Pierce was excellent in the paperwork process, helping Jacobo out where necessary and making sure we were happy the entire time.
I had a fault in my exhaust system in the first week of ownership- Jacobo was correct about the service department... they got me in the next day and worked as quickly as possible to repair my truck (and fixed two dents in the same day, which was pleasantly surprising).
A complete 180 from my last Bergstrom experience, sales, management, and service were outstanding.”
