I'd give them zero stars if possible. I switched carriers, went on a plan with family. They canceled my autopay, and my ability to pay online, then told me there would be a fee to pay my final bills by phone, but I could go to the store to pay. Store still charged the fee, What a scam. Will NEVER go back to them.

It seems US Cell is more interested in getting new customers than it is keeping old customers. Sooo... after 28 years of being a customer with several lines, I moved on. Good luck getting your new customers.

I was told one price, then my monthly bill was $180 more per month than what I was told. Called customer service and they were of little assistance and now I'm stuck unless I want to pay for 5 devices up front to get away from these scam artists.

You have to buy a fone here before they'll (think it was kelly) tell ya about how bad it will be. Dont use autopay unless you don't care what week they'll take it out. Then if you upgrade your fone will get shut off cuz autopay is $5 short. They got rid of their tech stores. Upgrades 3x in the last month. Got me on maps. Cant find milw co courthouse to see how long to get there. Got me on goofy games n who knows what the other junk is. Got me on texts. Gotta go thru an extra hoop to make a call. Got me on alarm. Got myself up for work. Got me on calendar. Totally whiped info stored including today's dr appt. Technically among last updates that l havent gone thru fone to notice and went in store to pay and ask for no more updates which they said was to write a review.

After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already. I hope to solve this 3G issue asap.??Megan Jackson

My phone stopped working so I went to get a new one right away, they were out of stock for the S22 series, naturally I went straight into panic mode. I worked with Abby and she stayed calm (despite my not being very friendly) and was able to come up with a solution for me. It was a pleasure working with her and I really felt she had my best interests in mind. Thanks Abby!

If you want service, with an old-fashioned style of care, come to this store. The employees are attentive, kind, willing to show humor, and are always learning, as they provide an undoubtedly superior experience. They really are superstars ?!

We moved 3 lines over from another carrier to US Cellular. Zach did an amazing job helping us through this process. Even when things got difficult due to our previous carrier not efficiently releasing our numbers Zach assured us that he would ensure that things were taken care of. Zach and the great customer service team provided outstanding service!
