I have had US Cellular for many years and very happy with them
I worked at Spectrum and I still stayed with US Cellular even though as an employee it would have been cheaper

I came into the store with a charging problem on my phone. I thought it might not be able to be repaired. Ryan Hinz was my Sales Person. He is very tech savvy and knowledgeable. Most importantly he helped me with my specific needs. I was able to get a new phone and get a better service plan.

Ryan and Nicole are fantastic!! They are 2 of the most patient people I have ever met! I am not very tech savvy, but they were able to resolve the problems I had and encouraged me to ask questions until I felt comfortable with my situation. They are the ONLY people I want when it comes to my phone service! They are the best!

the sells person CODY was rude and has a problem with black peoples he basically made up a rule and told me i wouldn't be able to get any service at all because i had a out of town I'd. I call customer service and they said go to the store and have them call them he refuse to do so he refused to help if this how everyone is . This is horrible customer service never should treat anyone like this.

Best customer service I’ve ever had….ever….Bar none! Connie was working alone & had many things going on with several customers. She addressed all customers with a wonderful welcome and simultaneously worked with as many customers as possible & with expertise & patience (which I think is her ‘Super Power’. She was incredibly helpful, sought to make things clear to me, gave me my best options, and displaying her ‘Super Power’ all the while my phone was holding its breath and spazzing out, making it almost impossible to fluidly go through the process.She is a keeper to your company…and I truly hope USCellular pays her what she’s worth…she is gold!

Absolutely awful billing and customer service. Wouldn't go back if they were the only provider in town! Shame on you! Beware of horrible business practices with this company! Still cleaning up from leaving them in November of last year!

Had an issue with Cancellation, and Tim was super good with getting me through to customer service and making sure we could resolve the issue and keep my service and plan going, was excellent!

Swapping services to US Cellular and getting the brand new iPhone they kept it reserved and ready for me. Tim and Alex are beyond amazing even stayed past close to make sure my new phone was set up correctly. Overall great customer service and friendly and understanding, couldn’t ask for better thank you!

We recently signed up with US Cellular as our old provider became unsatisfactory. We went to the store on Northland Avenue in Appleton. We couldn't believe the customer service there.
