I just took a pile of shredding in for the first time which contained lots of Bank documentation and credit card documentation. The person behind the desk just took my bag of documents and whipped it on the desk behind them. I realized they were busy however I did not feel comfortable just leaving my bag of documents on the table in there. I went in and stated that I wasn't comfortable with that just sitting there and she said well we're a little busy and she took it and walked into the back and said goodbye in a very snotty way I told her just to wait a second I would take it all back she kept right on going I had to say hold on a couple of times before she would actually come back and she didn't until the other associate went and got her. Eventually I just took my bag of stuff and walked out of the store even after paying for the shredding. The customer service was so horrendous I would never go there again or recommend anybody else to go there. So even though I paid for it and back at square one and have to figure out how to shred my stuff

I needed to deliver a family heirloom to my son. Priceless to the family. I was nervous that something would happen to this portrait. Brent took such amazing personal care of this item it was amazing. He double wrapped with bubble protection and took exceptional care to find the right box. He, himself took ‘ownership’ of this family portrait and the results were…phenomenal! My son was so surprised and he himself, a 23 yr retired Veteran scored the packaging and wrapping as ‘excellent’. Thank you, Brent!! You ROCK! I’m so grateful!

Had a poor experience with them last week. My partner and I went in to drop off a package for him and for me to get a form notarized. I called ahead and asked if they had a notary on staff and what times the notary would be available and was told 10am-5pm. We came in around 1pm. It was busy, as to be expected during holiday season but they were moving fairly fast, which was a positive. I used to work at a UPS Store and was a notary myself, so I know how busy and chaotic it can get during holiday season. My notary form would have taken no more than 5 minutes, but when we got up to the front of the line, the woman with hair cropped short was incredibly rude and told us we would have to wait 45 minutes to get anything notarized because it was so busy. When I worked at a UPS store, it did not matter what the Customer came in with, we attended to that customer. I was shocked at the rudeness and dismissiveness of the woman and we decided we would rather leave and find a notary elsewhere. I would encourage working on customer service and being on the same page when it comes to notary services and customer needs.

Awesome service! Brad was very helpful getting my Amazon packages returned even though I chose the wrong return location! Service was FAST as well! In and out in under 5 minutes.
