Worst dealer I ever bought from. Never again! Filthy air filter & oil, very slow sale (3 to 4 hours), and after 3 months the transmission failed. Hopefully the extended warranty they sold us (and never gave us any info about) will cover it. The warranty did not pay for the last repair. Look at all the excuses in response to these 1-star reviews. If you are honest & don't sell junk there is no need to blame everyone but yourself.

Their cars are so overpriced with tons of miles on them. We went to Jeff's North shore down the road and haven't had any issues.

PLEASE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED BE CAREFUL. They treat you well at the beginning like every seller as long as you buy. Yes, you mention that the car has a problem, they tell you that there will be no problem, they will fix it and after you buy it, you make the appointment to have it fixed, they tell you no because only certain things are not included in their insurance, which they do not mention at the time. principle. And now, according to them, you have to pay everything and $150 per hour. I bought a car and I regret doing so. It has several defects and now it turns out that only we hear those strange noises in the car and its mechanic does not. What kind of mechanic do they have? I will also end up paying about $5,000 extra to the cost plus any repairs it will need. BE VERY CAREFUL. THERE SHOULD NOT BE PLACES LIKE THIS. They tell you that the documents will arrive home, they do not send them complete. When you are signing, be very careful that they give you each sheet and pay close attention because they omit things so that you buy the car and it is not convenient for them to tell you. When you go to complain, they become defensive and in a bad mood, all kindness goes away. CAREFUL.

Terrible. I bought a Ford Mustang. When I went to pick it up they had drilled holes in the bumper to put the plate on!
It wasn't even straight! I was so upset but they will not repair the damage saying I am on my own since I bought it as is. The holes weren't in my bumper when I signed the as is clause! They don't care. If they had any honesty they would have done right by me.

Didn't buy here and won't based on reviews and also a vehicle that I was interested in had damages to driver mirror. Driver side fog light and only the driver side headlamp cover was new. Obvious compared to the passgr side. I really wanted the vehicle but the damage suggests that something happened to the drivers side. It did start really rough. REGARDLESS OF THOSE ISSUES, ITS MY OPINION AFTER READING THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS THAT I made a good choice to never buy a car here. AND THE SOLE REASON IS SPECIFICALLY bcz I READ the owners response to the reviews.
I'm appalled. Stunned. Def a guy that doesn't get it. No responsibility and even bashes on his customers. Wow. Fyi you should fix the brokenthings on ur vehicles before they go on the lot. Or ya know, maybe do it now. I informed the rep over the phone yesterday. And I'd suggest updating the photos once the repairs are made. Show some pride, pal. No pride in ownership. Literally and figuratively.

BEWARE AND DONT GO HERE!!!!
Got my first vehicle 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer.
It was in the shop twice now. When we got it. My sister in law was checking underneath and the engine light. We didn't check the windshield because nothing was wrong with that area. As we are pulling out to a one way road unless I do a U. I called my sister in law in front of me that dropped me off to pick up the vehicle. My windshield was cracked. Clear as day. It was curved too. It was not like that before.
We pulled into the gas station right in front of then.
When we called the lady. She was all defensive saying we can't prove it. We have before and after photos. She claimed she did too. When we asked for them she started stuttering and getting more defensive.
It's a curved crack NOT a straight line like a rock would shatter.
I'm so mad that it went in to get fixed not once but twice with multiple things wrong with it.
Then it was the windshield and they said they can't do anything.
I learned my lesson on NEVER going to them. It was my first vehicle that they gave me and wrecked.
I'm in the process of showing the bank photos that they said they will help us figure this out right away and looking into lawyer.
Good luck whoever gets stuck with these guys. You gonna need it and your vehicle will be damaged by them and somehow be your fault.

This is the only complaint I have EVER written on google reviews, Bought a truck, pointed out the door locks were not working when pushed key fab they did fix it for me after I had to point it out, CHECK EGINE light cam on on way home. The windshield wiper broke on way home, windshield fluid gasket did not hold fluid and the motor was blown that dispenses the fluid, RIDICULOUS they did not fix those things prior to putting out for sale , then had to get a thermostat and had to replace the canister vent valve because it was cracked and leaking to my evaporative system.When I called the manager she was defensive and rude, told me she would talk to owner but he was not going to do anything. for me because they could fix all that way cheaper at their location. I dont have the means to get it up there nor do I want to dive 2 plus hours with an engine light on .Yes they could have fixed those things cheaper and SHOULD have prior to putting it out for sale. VERY dishonest vibe. They guy asked me to write a review as I was leaving unfortunately I do not have much to say that is positive. They do not look over the car to make it functionable, they are looking for the sale. You need to have a different mechanic look over anything off this lot prior to buying because they do not care to do this.
*For anyone considering this place...look over all the replies from the management, the tone says it ALL.

We had a great experience with Ultimate Rides last week,Tim,Jose and Jeff went above and beyond to help us out, We ended up purchasing a 2015 F250 from them.
We had been to several of the "Big Deslerships" and that was a joke!
Like I said Tim,Jose and Jeff went above and beyond. Thank you Guys!
On a personal note some of you folks in your reviews need to get a grip!

STAY AWAY!!! Paid $11,000 for a car plus there "Gold Star warranty" witch was at least another $2000.00 Had n oil leak since day 1! Turned out it was a headgasket and costed me another $2300.00!!!!

I regret buying my car from here! The salesman was great and was very helpful on the day of purchase when I viewed 2 cars but I regret moving forward. I bought the car even though it needed to be fixed and was told it’d only take half a day but it took TWO days and I never got updates on my car unless I was the one who called, and at one point, the worker didn’t even know where my car was! He told me he had to call around to his managers to ask because he couldn’t find it. It wasn’t even on the lot anymore. Mind you, I live 2 hours away and had to take extra days off in order to get my car. I asked for the paperwork for the work done on my car and I didn’t receive it until 2 weeks later when I called back because my car was dead!! Within 11 days of buying the car, my car died AND I had to buy a new battery. I heard bad reviews but thought I’d give it a chance and I regret it. Make sure you research before you buy from here!
