So disappointed. I miss the old Ulta in the mall. Never had a bad experience there. Worst shopping experience ever at the new Ulta. Alarms constantly going off, horrible lighting no sales people and when I got to the register there were about 7 people in line and one girl checking out. There were other associates behind the register, but they never hopped on the register to help them ring up the people waiting to check out. ended up putting down my stuff and leaving. What happened Ulta? You can do better than this.

I went there with our youngest daughter while visiting them this past weekend. It was nice. There was a big of variety of beauty items there. Really cool stuff. She got a few things, and then we left. If you ever get to Appleton, stop by Ulta beauty store. You won't be disappointed.

Workers were rude and snappy. Ignored me trying to ask for moisturizer recommendations and for a company that pushes the rewards program so hard you'd think they'd answer questions and be knowledgeable about their program. The manager was the rudest of all and i fully understand why the employees act like they do after talking to her

Lots of great products to choose from. The lady who helped me was a little pushy. Seemed a little high pressure for a sale. When I told her about a cream I used on my face and that I added extra hydronic acid, she told me oh that can be drying with all that HA in there. She then proceeded to sell me HOPE by philosophy. Guess what it is mostly HA. She lost all integrity with me after that. I don't wear much makeup and was shopping for my some for a special day.

bad customer service - apparently this location can’t answer their phone ever… called two different times on two different days to cancel a pickup order because half of the items were somehow out of stock after saying they were available. not a reliable store at all.

Horrible service in the store and horrible service through their website. No one in the store is helpful or knowledgeable - they're even rude. Online customer service is the same. Shipping is ALWAYS DELAYED and some orders don't even make it here. I paid for 2-day shipping and now they're telling me that my package will take 3-4 days and they'll only refund shipping if my package is not here on the 4th day. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I am a Diamond level member but will be moving my business to Sephora since Ulta can't seem to figure out what customer service means.

I had the worst customer service experience here :( The woman who assisted me was very hostile and rude, it was very clear she did not want to help me at all and treated me like an inconvenience. When she was showing me different foundation shades, she slammed the bottles down so hard I worried they would break. I didn't even get anything because she made me so uncomfortable.

Monica did an amazing job with my make up for an event earlier this year. I received so many compliments. I had an evening event followed by an early morning event and my lashes and make up were almost perfect for the morning event, just required a minor touch up. I will definitely book with Monica again.

Came in for a quick hair curl for a work event that I was already crunched on time for. I explained what I was looking for and showed a reference photo. Beach wavey curls. I also discussed how when I do curl my hair, it’s flat within minutes and that’s why I scheduled the appointment. After about 35 minutes of curling, it did not look like the photo when finished. It did not look professionally curled. I was given a serum to use in my hair to help “brush it out” and it did absolutely nothing. By the time I got back home (before even leaving for the work event) my hair was completely flat. There was also a huge “dent” on the right side of my head under my part where the curler was. I had to flat iron to fix. Prior to leaving the stylist said, “I am certain these curl will last throughout the night.” Yeah not even 10 minutes. I had to recurl my hair myself with my wand. $40 wasted, I would absolutely just do my own hair next time.
