I have been Ulta customer for a long time and usually do not have any issues. I did recently have a situation where I was gifted a defective gift card (it had money on it which could be verified but the pin was faulty). After countless attempts through Ulta website and customer service lines with no luck, I tried one last time to get it figured out in store. I am very grateful for Sarah who helped get it sorted out. She listened to what I had tried before and instead of just saying sorry and turning me away she made it right. It was a very unusual, unlikely problem I had (which is why no one probably could help me before) so I am very thankful she was able to think outside the box and find a solution. I normally shop at Ulta online but I’m pleased to report that the in store service is equally good. Thank you Sarah and Ulta!

I went to ulta the other day because I wanna learn how to girl. I haven't worn makeup since i was in highschool, im now 33. I was well taken care of by Sarah i believe her name was (goldfish memory). She helped me match my skin tone a recommend products that's would be safe on my skin. I was so nervous going in blind and felt like an outsider, but all of them were very friendly.

I love Ulta Beauty, this store especially! They are always so nice and greet me when I come in! Asking if I need help and the stations with makeup remover are clean and stocked! So excited they have REM BEAUTY and the Sol De Janero perfumes now!! I’ve shopped twice this week and keep coming back!

I’ve been going here to get my hair dyed copper/ginger for a few months now, my formula is written down in their system. I got my hair dyed by Bernadette this last time and she wanted to “make the color her own twist” without asking and ended up dying my hair a dark brown with a *hint* of red you can barely see. I never asked to be a brunette and I wish she would have just went with my formula or asked first. She was very nice and professional but I’m trying to save disappointed expectations to anyone else.

I very rarely go to Ulta for products, I generally purchase online as a Platinum member I get good perks, but I had to return an item that was sent erroneously that of course was online only purchase. The staff required management override and honestly the manager (not the sales clerk) treated me as if I had done something nefarious, despite a clear error in online shipping of an incorrect product. There is a reason why I shop almost exclusively online. To that end this was the first online error that has occurred so they get two stars, I would give 0 stars to the manager, but I appreciated that the sales clerk tried to make up for the manager’s rudeness.

So disappointed. I miss the old Ulta in the mall. Never had a bad experience there. Worst shopping experience ever at the new Ulta. Alarms constantly going off, horrible lighting no sales people and when I got to the register there were about 7 people in line and one girl checking out. There were other associates behind the register, but they never hopped on the register to help them ring up the people waiting to check out. ended up putting down my stuff and leaving. What happened Ulta? You can do better than this.

I went there with our youngest daughter while visiting them this past weekend. It was nice. There was a big of variety of beauty items there. Really cool stuff. She got a few things, and then we left. If you ever get to Appleton, stop by Ulta beauty store. You won't be disappointed.

Workers were rude and snappy. Ignored me trying to ask for moisturizer recommendations and for a company that pushes the rewards program so hard you'd think they'd answer questions and be knowledgeable about their program. The manager was the rudest of all and i fully understand why the employees act like they do after talking to her
