BEWARE! IT'S A SCAM! I was told that it was $11.95 for the first 3 mths until 12/25/2023, then they charge my account $42.19. I only , used the wash twice a mth if that. WATCH YOU CHARGE CARD ACCT they will take will do the ole BAIT AND SWITCH ON YOU, FOR A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT!! JERKS!

Great place people are friendly!! They make your car shine. Most of the time there's somebody to spray off all the hard stuck on stuff.

This is review is not based on the car wash itself but a warning to not purchase gift cards from this establishment. They never work at the pay stations. Managers will promise new cards that also don’t work. Eventually they will not return phone calls and customer service can’t provide any other resolution (or even an apology). Incredibly frustrating customer service experience!

Please do yourself a favor and never buy gift cards from this place. The carwash itself is great and most of the people who work there are great. The management and corporate workers,however, are terrible. I had an ongoing issue with gift cards not working for over 7 months! Managers never call back,nothing gets changed, and corporate tells you there is nothing they can do. It's just a terrible way to run a business.

Took my late model SUV to get washed. Granted, it had been on a dirt road and had a small amount of mud in the fender wells, but was not, in my professional opinion, excessively dirty. (I worked in the car wash equipment business for over 20 years and have visited hundreds of car washes). The pre-wash prep employees told me my vehicle was too dirty and I couldn't wash there because it would take too long to prep and this was an "express wash". They sent me away unwashed, and I eventually got my credit card credited back ($22 top wash IIRC).Afterwards, I took it to PDQ in Appleton and got it washed but I'm not bringing my now-clean vehicle back to wash it at this silly place. Their equipment looks kind of Mickey-Mouse too. I must have been confused in thinking a carwash is a place you take dirty cars.

My favorite car wash. I have been here many times with multiple vehicles. This last time I was refused service because my windshield had a crack. I have put this same car through this car wash many times without a problem but this time they wouldn't let me in. I thought it was "at your own risk" to use a car wash. Now I have to find a new place to go for car washes. ?

Car is basic and doesn't clean the windshield of bugs; about the same as Kwik Trip. What makes this a 2 star is canceling membership. Not only do they not cancel the membership when responding by email tilAFTER they charge you for a full month but they ignore the prior email sent 2 weeks before.

I brought my new 2021 Palisade through their Appleton location car wash a couple days after I purchased my car, come out with two spots on my back passenger taillight that were busted during their car wash! I will never return! And will steer those I know far away!
