Dani quickly jumped in my Explorer and ran it to his shop where he extracted an alan wrench from my tire, plugged it and brought it back within less than 15 mins. “Had to get to get towed twice in two days. I wasn't present when the car was towed the first time. The second time, I was a bit nervous since I called at 7:30am hoping to have it taken to a dealership to get serviced at 9am. They managed to get me over there just a couple minutes after 9. The guy driving was super kind, very quick with everything, and even dropped me at the front door of the dealership instead of making me walk around the building where the car was dropped off. Very positive experience when the circumstances were stressful.”
