We loved having our reception at the Fox Club. The wedding coordinator, Mackenzie, was absolutely amazing. I have never been part of a wedding with a venue coordinator as helpful as she was. She helped set up all our decor, worked her butt off as a bartender when one called in, and her and her staff cleaned up everything and had it on carts ready to go at the end of night for us. They were very accommodating and had lots of the decor included in the rental. You can take pictures on the field which made for some fun photos for the groomsmen. They also have a nice walking trail behind the stadium and a rooftop that made for some great couple photos. All of our guests loved the venue and the appetizers and dinner they served. All of the staff there were so nice and helpful throughout the night. Highly recommend!

Amazing!! From the organization, communication, and stress less vibe, I highly suggest for a perfect wedding. We knew we wanted a baseball vibe wedding, this was out of the park. Even if you are not looking for a baseball theme- it’s gorgeous! Mackenzie was all ears to help and so easy to work with. They help with the planning with an easy checklist, besides, helping in any way they can. Our wedding day, was a breeze, didn’t see any flaws if there was any, the food was delicious and looked great. Our guest, were so amazed by everything, we heard nothing but great things. Mackenzie was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She is so knowledgeable and helpful with all things wedding! She helped provide us a unique and stress free day. The venue was well maintained, staffed well, and a fun atmosphere. There are a variety of spaces to entertain guests, take photos, and explore. The food and drinks were great. It was such a fun and unique venue that we and all of our guests loved! Thank you Mackenzie for being such a great planner and supporter. Thank you to the Timber Rattlers for the amazing experience. We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The Fox Club was an amazing venue for our fundraiser event. Being able to look down on the field with our logo on the big screen was so cool. Mackenzie and her staff went above and beyond to make our event successful. They were easy to work with, prompt with responses, great attention to detail, and fun to work with. I would highly recommend this venue for an event!

We had our wedding reception at the fox club and everything was wonderful! We had a great experience with planning, tasting, and the actual event! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating to my very specific requests. We would 1000% have our wedding reception here again.

My husband and I loved using the Fox Club as our wedding venue! The venue is beautiful and spacious. The coordinator was extremely helpful and organized, and she was a lifesaver on the day of. The food was incredible and there’s many options for dinner and hors d’oeuvres. We used Brews on Third for our cocktail hour, where guests could enjoy the weather and games. The fireworks package was also a hit. We highly recommend The Fox Club!

Mackenzie and everyone did such a phenomenal job of going above and beyond for our wedding! She took care of every detail and made sure the day ran smoothly. The venue and staff are amazing, the food is very good, and the venue is beautiful. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding!

We had our wedding at the Fox Club on 11/5/22 and absolutely LOVED our venue. Mackenzie was SUPER helpful from the beginning of our planning process to working very hard and helping us pack up the venue. The food was amazing and all of our guests LOVED it. We loved the view of the baseball field and were able to display our photos on the large screen. We did not do fireworks, but wished we would have! I highly recommend this venue for any weddings. Absolutely Perfect!

We were so happy with our experience at the Fox Club for our October 2022 wedding reception! Mackenzie, our event coordinator, was willing to meet with us multiple times as we were figuring out details and was quick to answer my numerous emails when we had questions. One of the huge benefits to having our reception at the Fox Club was not having to deal with multiple vendors. Along with an event coordinator, they provide the food/drinks (You have the option to have plated or buffet style, both of which we though was reasonably priced), have decorations and table settings that you can use without extra charge, and have great add-ons to personalize your day (We chose to get a customized jersey to use as our guest book AND had an Old Fashioned Fountain which our guests loved!). We had such great service from the staff and they even took care of all the set up and take down so we were able to enjoy the night with our friends and family. We also liked the fact that there are multiple locations to use for pictures. Of course we took advantage of the baseball field and stands, but there's also a wooded trail behind the stadium, so there was no need to travel to multiple locations. I highly recommend the Fox Club for your event. You won't be disappointed!

Timber Rattlers events helped us organize our company party. They handled all the details, the food was excellent and atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, festive. The staff was highly professional and our staff had a great time.
